Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chicago O'Hare South, IL

Staff is very friendly but that’s it. The shower doesn’t work, the furniture is filthy, the floor is sticky, fingernails found in drawers. Booked the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. My family and I were first on the list, we met the shuttle and there were 2 seats left when it was booked for 5. Driver shrugged his shoulders. Called the hotel and they said they would send another shuttle that would be there in 15 minutes. An hour later the original driver showed back up. Do not stay here

Sheets were stained. Had to pay for a full night and only stayed for a few hours.

Very outdated and the room was filthy..!!

Oh where do I start , the pool was at great temperature, the beds comfortable to sleep on right away although the pillows did sink in a bit too much still very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious besides the various options of healthy and hearty or not so healthy and have waffles instead!! Best part of this complimentary part of the breakfast selections. The staff was amazing at check in nice and quick very friendly which made my stay feel more safe being with my children for a small weekend get away 😀

I did not like nothing worst hotel ever

First off it stinks as soon as you walk in you go in the hallway. It looks like it’s never been clean. You’re going in the room. The rugs were dirty. The drawers were off. The latch. TV did not work stains on the curtains. One of them look like blood stain stains on the bed stains on the tub the sink it’s the bed was uncomfortable. I felt the springs it was just outdated like that hotel needs to shut down.
