"It would be a great hotel if there are upgrades made. Staff was amazing. Shuttle service was great as well."

"SCAM HOTEL STAY AWAY"

Horrible place of business. Place is falsely advertising and cleanly and simple way to shuttle. Here are my complaints - extremely dirty, lights didn’t work in bathrooms. No vents in bathroom and hairy tub traps - housekeeping actively enters your room when you are staying and leaves doors open allowing anyone to enter and steal your belongings etc. ( no care for personal privacy) - entire staff has difficulties understanding and speaking English. So hard to resolve any issue and there were many - shuttle service is a total pain. No transparency when it will arrive from your returning flight. Shuttle driver drives the bus like a maniacal criminal eluding police. In and out of lanes dangerously. - CCTV footage is miraculously NEVER available upon request after suspicion of theft by a housekeeper

"Stay away from this place . It is truly gross."

Boy o boy the pictures really make it look good. When we got in our room fist thin I noticed was the television was hanging on a 45 degree angle. Then went into the bathroom and saw the shower curtain rod pulled away from the wall ready to come down. The paint in the bathroom was all peeling. The next day I decided to go for a swim and saw hair clumps all over the deck. Went into the pool and felt something around my legs . Looked down and there was long hair raped around my legs. Grossed me out. We complained about a few thing and they did absolutely nothing. The cleanness was far from acceptable. My daughter crawled into bed the fist night ad found crumbs and hair in her bed. We ended up getting new sheets right away and put them on our selves.

Very nice hot tub and clean rooms. Enough space and great room service. Booked with 3rd party so the 50$ deposit wasn’t a big issue. I would stay again
