Oceanfront location for an aging one-story collection of aging rooms that could use updating. There usually seems to be a reservation problem here at check in.

We recently stayed at the Impiana Hotel and found the location to be excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The staff were lovely and provided warm, attentive service throughout our stay. However, the rooms are in desperate need of renovation; they are quite tired and outdated. Despite the great location and pleasant staff, the condition of the rooms significantly detracted from the overall experience.

We have been to Thailand many times but this is our first stay in this resort and we were extremely happy. From the beautiful friendly checkin after a long flight to the wonderful breakfast it was a pleasant journey. The rooms are good and they are serviced well and nice and early. The location is great being walking distance to everything and steps down to enjoy a beach walk. The pool has a beautiful clear view of the uncluttered beach. We booked the seafood bbq dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was excellent with a beautiful romantic setting overlooking the beach. The general Manager is friendly professional and caring making us feel welcome and valued. Recommend a stay here we were very happy

Our stay at Impiana was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. Most important the pool and private beach access was amazing. Their staff Ploy at the front desk was a darling. She always goes out of her way to resolve our queries and she has been so helpful which made our stay at Phuket so wonderful. Had a variety of breakfast spread everyday. Location of Impiana is so strategic that we could walk everywhere and many good eateries were nearby. Highly recommended for those looking to explore Phuket. Had the oppurtunity to meet the GM and he was so friendly and gave us some good suggestions on what to do in Phuket and wherw to try Phuket specials.

This is a beautiful hotel very close to Bangla Road and millions of shops. Patong beach is in the back of the hotel and very close convenient. We stayed 5 days and check in was amazing, the manager upgraded us to deluxe so the room was a tad bigger. However once inside it didn’t look like the photos. There was no brown ceiling for us and my only complaint is the bathroom. The shower curtain was brown at the bottom and the tub overall could use an upgrade. It was difficult navigating how to turn the water on and off. You can’t use the sink and shower at the same time and in an attempt to avoid touching the shower curtain the water splashed everywhere. Besides that, breakfast was a solid 7, there weren’t many option. Also hotels.com list this property as “airport transportation” they only provide at a cost which I suggested they update on the site. The cost was 1000 thb. The hotel is pretty quiet and very peaceful however you can hear the bar next door pretty loudly. There also is no separation between adult and kids pool as stated. However the hotel was great for what we were looking for. We left our luggage in our room as we packed light and visited phi phi island for 2 days. Everything was safe upon our return.

Great location and always freindly staff. The condition of the resort is poo r and neglected. And the breakfast is not great.

Black mold on first room - had to change rooms. Second room- the sliding glass was missing pieces so it was noisy; dirty tub and needs deep cleaning : paint of wall chipped by light fixtures
