Lovely hotel, one of few right on the beachfront. Yes it's a little tired, but it's still an excellent option. 3 minute walk to the busy part of Patong but still nice and quiet inside and on the beach out front. Breakfast is nice. Pool is lovely and not freezing cold like so many pools are. Drinks and food are good. I do believe it is over-priced, however.

Great location. Connects directly to the beach. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. The timings if the room cleanings are a bit unpredictable, but they clean to a high standard. Food at the breakfast was great.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights in the Deluxe Seaview room. Check in is at 3pm, we did arrive early around 2pm but then needed to wait until 3.30pm before our room was ready. The location is terrific particularly if you like the hustle and bustle of Patong. Close to the night life of Bangla Rd. Overlooking Patong Beach is a real highlight while sitting in your deck chair, a very easy stroll down to the water for a swim. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was not very enjoyable not much on offer, too many rice and vegetable dishes, also having Lasagna for breakfast I'm not sure of. Overall it is a great location if given some TLC though this could be a 5 star resort.

The staff were very friendly and it was very clean! So nice having breakfast available and beach was steps away! The property hosted a party one of the nights we were there and facility reported they could not ask the DJ to turn down the music so until midnight it sounded like there was a party in our room.
