Impiana Beachfront Resort Patong, Phuket

All good, good area and in front of the beach

Great resort right on the beach in Patong and in the centre of all things Patong. Good buffet breakfast and the staff at this resort were very helpful and friendly. Would happily stay again. If you are looking for a nice resort, that is of good standard for South East Asia and being on the beach in the thick of the Patong excitement….this is the place.

My partner and I love this place! It was so convenient to all the shops and restaurants around Patong. ALL the staff were so polite and respectful. We really felt safe all around. The hotel is right on the beach. Breakfast was great as they change the menu daily- we were able to try a variety of food in the week we stayed!

Located right on the Patong beach, Impiana has everything you need for an amazing time at Phuket! Rooms were cosy and comfortable, breakfast spread was delicious and has a wide variety and hospitality was 10/10! Special thanks to Gerard for always making sure that we are enjoying our time in Phuket!

The access to the beach was my most favorite part about this hotel! It was prime location, if you are into the party/downtown scene, and the room we stayed in was lovely. (And air-conditioned!) Breakfast was tasty and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a bit loud at night, but that is to be expected for the area. Would recommend!

The property is quite rundown and in need of a makeover! Some new linen and towels wouldn’t go astray either. We uograded our room when we booked initially but upon arrival requested a different room as the upgraded one was very ordinary. We ended up in a smaller room but the location of the room was better for us. Most of the staff were lovely. That was nice.

The property is right on the beach and close to the bars and clubs. However it is an older property and starting to show signs of age. They still use old fashion keys and the doors are pretty worn. Lightning in the bathroom was dismal and the rooms are in need of updating. Staff was great and helpful. I can imagine that in it’s prime this was the place to stay in Patong.

Terrible ！ When I come really down mood. Not professional at all. Room all have mosquito. And didn't clean room properly. Other than that I call GS to call HK come clean room for me. But look at they clean . I will post the pic for that. Really not comment come here. First and last time .

Great Location right next to the beach and short walk to eating, drinking and massage places.

Excellent location and resort, I think it’s important to review based on how hotels deal with issues. On first night I had a problem with hot water but night staff was very helpful in relocating me to another room. Perfect location by beach and nightlife although also very peaceful surroundings. Recommended.
