You could hear everything the person said in the next room without even trying. I reserve the room for two people in each room and we got one set of towels in each room when we try to request more towels they gave one room two sets and the other room they said they had none because they were in the washer.

Very nice interior common areas, looks like a very nice pool. Room had a nice desk area to charge devices. Had a couch too. Bathroom could use update, but was OK. Exterior of building has some damage, off putting until I came in and saw the nice condition. Not many guests, maybe because it was a Monday?

They double booked us, then called 3 hours before checkin to let is know we would not get our suite. We ended up getting two small rooms with one double bed per room. The rooms, couchs and bathrooms were dirty. No discount on the rooms, no concession for the inconvenience.

I think they are trying to remodel and upgrade but there seems to be a long way to go. We booked 3 queen rooms, but we were in rooms with full size beds. One of the beds wasn't on the frame as it should have been, causing a corner to tip. We picked up everything and fixed the frame so we could sleep. Mismatched furniture. Tape on a cracked window, gaps around the doors, ceiling tiles falling from leaks from the floor above. One room didn't have comforters, just the sheets. Bathrooms were TINY. One didn't have any tissues. Wi-fi didn't work. The continental breakfast needs some upgraded appliances too. Toasters without knobs, broken juice machine, broken coffee maker in the lobby. If you consider hotels to be a home away from home, this is not yet the place you want to be.

Check in was kind of chaotic. It took an hour, and I was given two sets of room keys for rooms that weren’t cleaned yet.

This was adequate for a one night stay on the way to other places. We stayed at a nicer hotel on the way back.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the property itself was very run down with holes in the walls, the courtyard was littered and uncared for. The hair dryer in our room was broken. The shower flooded the floor even though the curtain was in the tub. The staff were friendly and helpful even though the main desk gal was apparently sleeping in the back. This facility was not up to Wyndham standards and I would not return.
