Great pool and friendly staff.

No shower cut

As a solo female traveler, I was looking for safety and comfort. But the first room I got had no safety chain. I asked for a different room. But the second room’s AC was unbearably loud. I requested a different room again. The third room was good and had a safety chain and the AC was not making noise but it was not cooling below 74 degrees and it was too hot to sleep. Breakfast was okay. I appreciate that the staff got a different room for me when I asked. And the cleanliness was good. However, this stay was not worth how much it cost.

It was a quiet hotel and reasonably priced

old couch, no bathmat even though we were told we would get one. No soap or shampoo or any items. Place needs updated. I thought a Ramada Inn would have better properties. The staff were friendly. But i think a bit overworked. No problem with the staff....they are so busy they forgot the items mentioned above.

This was recommended to me as the "host hotel" for an event I was attending. The exterior of the hotel appeared drab and uninviting however the lobby was clean and while a bit outdated, was nice and appears as shown in the online photos. The room was fine for the price I paid however the lock on the door wasn't working but was quickly rectified by the front desk personnel. The bathroom is small, needs updated, and the bathroom door replaced. I left a tip for Housekeeping with a note to replenish a few things after the first night. They replaced the items as I requested, grabbed the tip but didn't take the garbage, clean the bathroom or make the bed. Actually they never cleaned the room for the entire time I was there. The hotel advertised free breakfast however one of the mornings the woman overslept so breakfast was unavailable. The hotel advertised a swimming pool and hot tub but that too "was unavailable" with apologies for the inconvenience. I spoke with the manager to express my concerns and she offered to comp one of the nights, but as of yet I haven't received the credit. I am very surprised this is offered through Hotels.com but more surprised that it is a Ramada and Wyndham property. Very disappointed.

Breakfast was very poor. On 1 staff member in the hotel. Pool closed. Coffee machine was broke. Juice machine was broke. People hanging around outside of lobby late at night.

The hotel was. Ice though the lo by smelled of smoke. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice some things updated some not. Rooms clean and beds comfy.
