Barceló Margaritas

We booked this hotel last minute for NYE and a week out of miserable Uk. And we had a wonderful time, the hotel was spotless and rooms lovely and modern. We had a pool view Kids club was great and clean and the pool area for was kids was enclosed. The heated pool was great for the colder days. NYE was great, entertaining and the food was outstanding the entire time. Location - was set back but was a free shuttle bus that is provided - again great. Would return to a barcelo

La bandera de España a la entrada del restaurante, no me gustó y más el día de Canarias Los símbolos y las religiones deben estar en su lugar . Por lo tanto, dado que el hotel lleva muchos años se debería hacer un guiño al mundo hotelero y sus gentes. Es decir, sus empleados.

El day pas han quitado el TI sin habérmelo informado Me llamaron para saber si había salido del hotel ...súper mal nos pareció por no haber comunicado entre ellos Cuando encima me quitan pulsera y me dan el deposito de las toallas no entendí nada

Nice sray at your hotel. Everything ok we asked for room 726 but we did'nt get this room. We stayed in room 815 and was oke

Arrived and was taken to a twin room and requested double one person on reception was rude and laughed at me as complained. The manager was great an rectified the issue carnt fault him lovely guy. Room was slightly outdated but that's just me being fussy.The hotel food is good plenty of choice .The atmosphere wasnt great not much to do in the evenings entertainment was non exsistant.It tends to get chilly in the evening but you have to stay outside as no bar inside. The day of leaving I had a late flight I was told I would have to either stay outside as not allowed to stay in the hotel after checkout or to pay to stay inside I was shocked.With a few changes could be a great hotel.

I stayed for 1 week and it was amazing. The hotel entertainers and staff were excellent and extremely friendly. There was plenty to do around the hotel and outside too. The food was good, especially on nights when they had a theme, eg: Chinese night. The weather was very nice, (getting at least 28 degrees daily, I went in May). There was complementary shuttles to the beaches every hour or so, I went to playa del ingles and there were plenty of shops for souvenirs and nice restaurants such as steak houses. People were friendly there too.

A great holiday, a fab hotel sadly not on the beach but there's a handy shuttle to get you to and from the amazing beaches close by in particular the truly beautiful Maspalomas beach. Everyone at the hotel was welcoming and friendly, the rooms were clean and in good condition. The restaurant offered a good breakfast and a good mix of dishes at dinner ranging from the traditional (eg paella) to pizza (highly rated by husband). We also had live music at dinner some evenings which was fun. The entertainment team (especially Marco) were great and organised fun evening shows and poolside activities including pool exercise classes! We recommend the bingo - we were lucky enough to win some cocktails and a bottle of cava!!
