Ambiente accogliente e pulito,e posizione strategica sia per il divertimento che per gli spostamenti con mezzi pubblici. Il bus navetta che ti porta alle spiagge è un plus che merita. Ristorazione buona e varia con serate a tema e una nota di merito a Javier,il cuoco sempre disponibile al sorriso e a scambiare due parole. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Peccato per la mancanza del bidet, altrimenti sarebbe stato il top,e l' uso della tela cerata un po' rumorosa sotto le lenzuola ha disturbato un po' il sonno.

Staff and location amazing as always. Special mention to Josué in the restaurant who was super friendly and always smiling.

Nothing major , but more coffee machines and bigger cups for breakfast time

Our 3rd time staying at the hotel. One of the most efficient hotels we've stayed at. The room was amazing. The food was really varied. We will eat most things but the choices were good. The staff were so professional and kept the food flowing, the tables cleaned and everything ticking along. Very happy again. Loved the room, number 106. Its a shame the pool wasnt heated as it was too cold to enjoy but everything else was fab. No reserved sunbeds which was really good to see. We were never rushed at mealtimes. Cleanliness was excellent. The team just kept working and it showed. There seemed to be alot of pride taken in every single role and each staff member we came across was great at what they were doing.

Great food, good entertainment during the day if you wish to be involved. Overall had a really lovely holiday. Easy morning walk to the sand dunes. And a 30 min bus journey to Porto del Mogan.

The shower pressure was quite low

Todo en general, desde el personal de recepción, los camareros y camareras del restaurante y los bares de la piscina, nos hicieron sentir como de la familia.

We stayed here for a week in May. The check in was quick and efficient however we were not given any information on what the half board included and found out that water was the only drink available at dinner free of charge It would be nice to have the option of a soft drink as well. We had a top floor room which was immaculate however the corridors could do with a bit of a refresh it was like walking down a travel lodge hallway. Our room never had any sun on it all day but that wasnt to much of an issue because siting on the balcony's is not the most private areas as all the other rooms look out over each other. The food was what you'd expect from any other buffet but always found something to eat. The location is ideal for a small stroll to the shops and bars and the free bus to the beach is ideal as it would take about 25 mins to walk there. Although we have nothing against the hotel we wouldn't return due the area. Playa Del Ingles is not for us.

Had a great holiday here. Food was lovely waiters were friendly and helpful. Plenty of sun beds round the pool at all times of day. Overall excellent place.
