Most rooms have 2 beds that can be joined together. Upon arrival, guests must present the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. "Lovely hotel and holiday"

Had a lovely 10 night holiday all inclusive and well worth the price... Food excellent..alot of choice... Could be a little warmer but on the whole acceptable.The restaurant staff always courteous and helpful...and cleaned and tidied continuously... The room we had was one with a full patio which was amazing and we used it alot .. rooms cleaned daily and choice of sheet and towel change which was perfect... Bars clean and staff friendly and again kept tidy. Pools also well looked after and plenty of sunbeds and bar facilities again kept clean... Reception well staffed and helpful...a toilet on the reception floor would have been helpful as you had to go down a level and walk a corridor and whilst waiting for transfer this was a little difficult.. A lovely holiday ,a lovely hotel and the free bus a nice touch.. Thank you.

"Weeks holiday (half board)"

Nice hotel with decent food choices for breakfast & dinner - only water option for half board guests at dinner, no other beverages allowed without additional charges. Clean pool areas and sun loungers. All round enjoyable stay

"A few cons but still left happy. I will be back..."

This is our third stay at the hotel. Lets just say its a hotel we feel comfortable in. We stayed for a week and all inclusive. The pros: -Amazing breakfast offerings. My favourite meal at the hotel. Salad bar and desserts were amazing! Restaurant was clean. Lunch whilst not a wide selection offered good lunch time options. Asian and Mexican nights was my favourite themed night. -hotel amenities excellent: pool, shower facilities, spa. -bedrooms cleaned daily. -Reception staff amazing. They were polite, friendly, accomdating - i was greeted with a smile and i left with one. Pool staff were never rude. Restaurant staff were 95% excellent. I observed how they spoke to a female who clearly over indulged on the all inclusive alcohol and was interupting other diners whilst they ate their meals. The staff managed it beautifully, de-escalated any situation where she soon wandered elsewhere. My experience of staff has largely been rspectful and accomodating. Made you feel safe and looked after by staff. - Hotel guest manager (Rinaldo) was so lovely. He remembered it was my 50th birthday and on the day of my birthday i was welcomed by a bottle of cava and macaroons. Thankyou for going above and beyond! There is a reason why you are a guest manager! -easy access to yumbo, taxi service, supermarket across the road, free shuttle service to the beach. -I noticed maintenance taking place with the wall being painted in certain areas and the maintenance man repairing rooms. That was good to see! Fyi- Your maintenance will need to repair a tile by the pool (near restaurant) as corner part of tile is broken and i would be concerned by any unaccompanied child with bare feet walking on it. Bit of a health and safety issue. Once repaired: sorted. Not sure if you were aware. - double glazing windows - barely heard any noise outside so great when you want a quiet night in. -checkout is 12pm. Great that its a bit later but if you have a late flight you will be homeless. But having said that you can borrow a shower room. Cons: -Dinner tends to be same old: usual seafood paella, risotto, pizza, pasta. International nights were usually Spanish or Italian which is there all day and every night anyway. It felt that creativity with food in this area was lacking. Be good to be truly international: greek, british, jamaican. BBQ/american night and Indian night would be good theme's also. Beef Burgers at snack bar by pool look like they are boiled but would taste so much better grilled or BBQ. We ate dinner out one night and the quality of the food for dinner was top notch which made us compare the dinners at the hotel. Some more thought would be a good idea so you dont lose custom. -sauna was closed due to repairs. -whilst bedroom cleaned daily i noticed a blue stain visible on the sheets and dust in certain areas. -incident with a waitress in restaurant: My husband uses nicontine pouches and placed the container on the table. He left it on the table for later and a waitress firmly said no smoking allowed. I explained im not a smoker but my husband uses pouches and is not categorised as a smoker either. She had her thoughts and clearly thought differently and we just obliged. Im not sure she fully understood and perhaps education on smoking and non smoking products would be helpful. -The hotel is often described as out of date. Its true (re bedrooms and communal hallways) but reception has a modern look. Nevertheless whilst main areas are out of date; it is comfortable. -I would advise ear plugs as i have such a good kip when using them; as you can hear high heels from the floor above or people in the corridor. -i believe there is entertainment but was given no timtable of when the activities were. - tv in bedroom. No signal for a lot of the channels. Spanish ones and sky news were fine. So resorted to netflix and youtube on my pad for any chilled time enterainment. - if you have a late flight, hotel policy stipulates you cant eat the food as your all inclusive or half board ends at 12pm on day of checking out. You can get food if you pay an extra 20 euro per person but given you are only there for lunch it felt a bit steep. It would feel a warm goodbye to customers if this was available free but also understand there is a business to run. Whilst there were some cons; these things can easily be resolved. Its been my go to hotel for the last three years. Having been three times. Thanks Rinaldo for putting a smile on my face! Thanks to the staff for being so wonderful.

"NOT WORTH IT"

I have been a loyal guest at this hotel since 2017, returning year after year as an all-inclusive Royal Level customer. Unfortunately, my most recent visit in 2026 was deeply disappointing and a stark contrast to the high standards I had come to expect. One of the most noticeable and unfortunate changes is the complete turnover of staff. Many of the experienced and welcoming team members who previously made our stays so enjoyable are no longer there, and their replacements seem to lack the same professionalism, warmth, and understanding of guest experience—particularly when it comes to entertainment and overall atmosphere. That said, I do want to recognise two individuals who stood out positively: Maria and Marco. They were both attentive, friendly, and clearly committed to providing good service, which made a difference during an otherwise underwhelming stay. A particularly embarrassing incident occurred at the bar. I got some crisps and was standing with a friend I had met during the holiday who was on a half-board package. The bar staff refused to serve me and made a point of announcing this loudly in front of other guests waiting to be served. This was handled in a very unprofessional and insensitive manner, leaving me feeling humiliated. Beyond this, the overall atmosphere has changed significantly for the worse. Staff no longer greet guests warmly, there are few smiles, and the welcoming environment that once defined this hotel seems to have disappeared. It is genuinely disappointing to see such a decline in a place I have supported for so many years. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works towards restoring the level of service and hospitality that loyal customers like myself once valued so highly.

"Pleasant stay"

Had a 5 night stay on a half board basis. Room- modern clean. Newly refurb? as everything seemed pretty new. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Shampoo shower gel all supplied in bathroom. Pools- all ways a sun lounger no matter the time of day during our stay. Food- buffet style breakfast what you would expect. Dinner was ok with a few different options, Mexican night being the best for us. If staying half board you can swap dinner for lunch if needed. Bars- if staying half board it’s card payment or settle your bill at the end of your stay card or cash. Location- half hour from airport depending on drop offs. Around half hour walk to the beach. Supermarket over the road.
