Staff, food and facilities are all brilliant. No mad rush for sunbeds which is an added bonus! Free shuttle to the beach.

Great hotel for families, two good size pool, with lifegaurd in attendance. Considering during Easter school break, no issue with sun beds. We were all inclusive and ample food and drinl avialble. Breakfast could be manic, just choose a time to suit you. Hotel staff everyehere fantastic. Room size good and clean, as was all of Hotel and grounds. We stayed by the pool mostly. Some family members used shuttle bus for beach. In a taxi, five euros.

Location great, pool lifeguard on Monday was amazing, restaurant staff very kind and professional. Food OK but less choice or sometimes almost nothing for vegetarians and vegans. Reception staff were OK but very cold and mechanical. One incident (Monday 13th April evening around 7:30pm) which disappointed was a security guard stopping my wife and son asking them to show their band when we were returning from the beach outside. My son had one but still he asked wife to show which is ridiculous hence I will never return to this unfriendly place. It's shame that despite the nice experience with the restaurant staff and the entertainers (Marian and his other colleague), we have such an experience from the other hotel staff which puts us off. Hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve the service for future guests

Good Easter Break – Decent Stay but Some Downsides Stayed for 5 nights over the UK Easter holidays with my 13-year-old daughter (returned April 10th). Overall, we had a pleasant stay and for a short break, the hotel did what we needed—but there are a few things worth noting. Positives: Food: Good overall. Breakfast had plenty of choice, dinner was themed and enjoyable. Lunch was okay but more limited. Only downside was that food wasn’t always as hot as it could be. Room: Basic but comfortable. Slightly worn in places, but the bed was good and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool with evening sun. Pool area: No stress getting sunbeds, which was a big plus. Staff: Friendly, helpful, and hardworking. The hotel was kept clean. Location perks: Supermarket directly opposite, plus a free shuttle bus to the beach. Negatives: Pools: Much smaller than they appear in photos. The top pool gets sun all day but felt a bit quiet due to no music. Lower pool had a lot of shade depending on the time of day. Drinks: Disappointing—spirits tasted quite weak. Beer, wine, and sparkling wine were fine. Entertainment: Very poor. We chose to go out most evenings instead. Out & About: We had some great evenings away from the hotel, especially in Playa del Inglés. The Yumbo Centre is about a 15-minute walk and well worth visiting for food, drinks, and entertainment. Also around a 30-minute walk to San Fernando Market. Overall: The hotel is a bit dated and could do with some updates, but it’s clean, comfortable, and the staff do their best. We wouldn’t return (we like to try new places), but we still had a good time.
