Every aspect of the hotel is excellent standard. All of the staff were friendly, polite and efficient. No complaints at all.

Excellent stay, we loved every minute of our holiday, the hotel is amazing and the staff too. The food was fresh and always a variety. Highly recommended.

Royal Level. All inclusive. Hotel good. Staff fantastic. Food good but can be better. Noticed flies around dry meats but weren’t covered up. Swimming pool is salt water but heated so is fantastic as you can walk straight in. Problem there is that the walk-in is in the deep end. In the shallow end you have to use the ladder. Around the pool is very quiet. No music is on so can be a bit boring. Same in the restaurant. No music supplied during the day. There is a singer who plays 3 times a week in the restaurant but by the time they start the restaurant is empty. Bedroom is tidy and relaxing but found that the maid forgot to refill our coffee and tea so had to keep phoning reception for more. As I said the staff all over the resort are brilliant. The gardens are kept spotlessly clean and around the pool. There is a lifeguard always present and he sometimes collected empty glasses. Pool towels are supplied and can be changed on a daily basis. A great time was had by all. If you want a quiet peaceful holiday then this is great.

Nosotros nos fuimos por nuestro aniversario y la verdad que nos decoraron la habitación súper bien y encima nos regalaron poder salir más tarde del hotel eso fue un gran detalle sin duda volveremos

Todo fue súper,desde el personal( Miriam y Rinaldo)los mejores, buffet completísimo,habitación super limpia,amplia y vistas preciosas, piscina super tranquila y acogedora con su bar y animación correcta,en fin ESTUPENDO

Que se me hizo poco

La cama era super cómoda, hacía tiempo que no dormía así de bien.

Zona piscina, y habitación comoda

Necesita una remodelación, en zona pasillos paredes con parches, moqueta de pasillo con lamporones, hamacas insuficientes, y espectáculos muy básico . Personal super bien.

Had a week here and went all inclusive. Only once i arrived did i realise i had stayed here before about 7-8 yrs ago. The hotel must have been under a different owner back then? Food was generally good with lots of selection and was never too busy. Was generally quiet and no trouble getting a sunbed, although i did see the usual lot out at 7am every morning reserving a sunbed. Lots of staff here who were all great and friendly. Rooms and communal hallways were dated and could benefit from a update. Spirts were watered down as i had a Baileys which the consistency was very watery and whatever they use to water down spirits was extremely sweet tasting. Overall, a ok stay.
