Barceló Margaritas

The customer service has been consistently excellent. After coming here for two consecutive years, it genuinely starts to feel a little like home. The staff are always very polite, smiling, welcoming, and willing to help with anything needed. The rooms are clean and reasonably spacious, which definitely contributes to a comfortable stay. One small suggestion I would make concerns the reception team: even if guests have visited before, it could be helpful to clearly remind them what is included with the wristband colour they receive for their stay. After a year, it is completely understandable that guests may not remember exactly what is or isn’t included, and this could help avoid awkward situations or misunderstandings during the holiday. That said, the welcome and hospitality from the staff have always been excellent. If I had to mention one area that could be improved, it would probably be the dinner variety. Compared to last year, the menu felt very similar, with limited variation in cooked vegetables, main courses, and desserts. Everything was fairly good, but overall quite basic and not particularly memorable or exciting. On the positive side, breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. There was a wide variety of food available, and the selection and quality of milk options was especially appreciated. Overall, this remains a place we enjoy returning to, thanks above all to the kindness and professionalism of the staff.

La piscina está bien, el personal amable.

No se puede traer visitas de fuera del hotel, bajo ninguna condición excepto sacando un "daypass" por 50€, podrá estar en las concidiones del hotel pero de nuevo NO QUEDA NADA CLARO a la hora de formalizar la reserva, lo cual es un contratiempo absoluto en un contexto del Gaypride de Maspalomas. De haberlo sabido con antelación hubiera elegido otro alojamiento. El desayuno para ser un Barceló 4* mejorable, los otros buffé (comida, cena) correctos. El gym pequeo, super cutre y la mitad de las maquinas rotas.

Ubicación, limpieza, atención al cliente

La habitación muy bonita.

Me dieron una habitación súper lejos de la recepción, llamé para que me lo cambiaran y no me dijeron nada más. Además que encontré un zapato debajo de la cama, lo que evidencia que no se había limpiado a consciencia.
