Beautiful spacious lobby. Love the warm fireplace. Friendly staff at the desk and at the bar. My room was beautifully arranged and spacious Was able to order food at bar. The grilled vegetable was delicious.

It was a very nice place to stay. The only thing that I did not care for was that the food for breakfast often ran out before the breakfast time was scheduled to end.

Needs major update. Wanted upper floor, not accommodating. Weekend breakfast wasnt as good as monday. Easier checkout.

Most of the staff was not there to provide the good services. We had to ask a few different people to fill the waffle mix or toilet paper or whatever we needed. The room was good for a family of 4.

Easy to get to, surrounded by good stores, near a highway.

The manager Corrine Washington is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. She is rude, condescending and a awful at customer service

I arrived at 8:30 pm to find out they didn’t have a room for me that I had reserved a month ago! They said they lost their laundry service and had no clean sheets for a room for me. Furthermore they said they called and emailed me to let me know, which was a lie as I showed them my phone that had received no phone calls or emails from them! I was left to find another room on my own very late on a Saturday night after a long day’s drive! Ironically the entire parking lot was full! And I ran into another family in the lobby that had been denied a reservation as well.

I had to wait an hour in car to check in . Room was not ready. Kitchen towels were not clean

Check in was suppose to be at 3pm. After driving for 6 hours in a snow storm, Arrived at 4:45 exhausted and was told the room was not ready yet and it would be another 20 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later and was told it still wasn’t ready yet. Left to go eat dinner and got called at 7:45 our room was finally ready.

The suite was very clean and the beds and furniture very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and soaps available. The kitchen was well equipped. The fireplace added coziness to our stay. The receptionists were pleasant, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable and we were offered a nice variety of choices. The breakfast staff was pleasant, cheerful and accommodating, as well as attentive to keeping the space clean and food replenished. The housekeepers we encountered were cheerful and pleasant.
