"Professional and friendly staff. Property"

grounds are nice but it's not easy to get around I was on the second floor so there were lots of stairs even if you take the elevator. The charging port by the bed did not work. The first time I used the shower the water would not turn off so I had to call me maintenance. He did not speak English but I was able to watch him It took him several tries to get the water to shut off. The next day when I took a shower I could not get water to come out of the overhead shower only the handheld. Also the water is very hard which made for a bad hair day. I would expect a hotel of this caliber to have soft water. I think the most frustrating part was the lights are on timers so every time I took a shower or use the bathroom the lights would turn off and I would be in the dark unless I could wave my arms around close enough. My refrigerator was also not working. They sent a housekeeper instead of maintenance initially she did not speak English and I tried to explain to her that the refrigerator was not cold. Finally I went downstairs and let them know the refrigerator was not working and had several items that needed to be refrigerated. They were great and maintenance replaced the refrigerator. The staff could not have been more helpful and professional. I just expected more considering how much they charge for a room!

View is great but Absolutely amazing food! Alejandro was our server and he was great and very knowledgeable about both food and drinks! Recommended the desert oasis margarita for a sweet drink and it was fantastic! But the sweet potato gnocchi stole the show. Delicious! Thank you Chef Miko and server Alejandro for a great birthday dinner!!

"Underwhelmed staycation"

Resort was overall nice but property did not meet our value expectations. Pool was not clean, perimeter tile not clean. Lots of children using the pool. Hotel staff advised of concerns and made adjustments to our final bill in an attempt to compensate us for our disappointments.

We had a phenomenal dinner at Salt Rock Kitchen. Chef Niko had the best service and Aloha Spirit. My bang bang shrimp tacos were delicious. We will be back!

"Large Party Dinning"

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️exceptional dinner experience at Saltrock! Came with a bachelorette party of 11 people and they did a great job catering to us! Short rib was delicious, highly recommend! Chef Niko came out to ask how everything turned out and appreciated all the staff’s attentiveness - and photo taking abilities!!
