The resort is nice , staff is friendly , lots of entertainment. The food isn’t the best , I didn’t expect much for an all inclusive resort …. Lots of bugs flying around in the buffet , same food over and over again everyday!!!! They need more restaurant options and better dessert options.

Food was okay waited over an hour at some restaurants while others got their food faster. Was ignored while other customers (Spanish speaking) got serviced before me while I was there first. Did not like that from 330pm to 6pm you cannot eat at least have one buffet open

Overall it was. For the price, it was well expected. First the checking was horrible. The lobby was so hot and they were so slow checking in. However, I enjoyed the hotel until my check in, which ended up being 4 hours later. Every time i checked , the line was so long.. they use an app to do booking which always says that restaurants are booked. So i wasn't able to enjoy any restaurants and the buffet was not good either. The main pool was under construction. The people were nice.

Nos limitaron para reservar restaurantes, nunca lo pudimos hacer, muchas áreas sucias, pasillos con puertas rotas, y objetos como matres en las esquinas, la piscina no se podía usar porque están en remodelación (nunca lo notificaron cuando reservé) en total le doy un 3 de 10 al hotel. ¡Terrible!
