It was just a great experience. I really can’t complain about anything. Everyone was really nice and respectable. And I will definitely be back.

A perfect family place good place to be

There was alot of construction work being taken place.

Everything was perfect.

The property was in good condition and the staff was very friendly.

I booked this resort as a gift for my parents, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the moment they arrived, they felt cared for—the car was parked for them, they arrived around 12pm, had lunch, and even enjoyed pool priority at check-in. The staff were extremely helpful, and since I kept checking in with them throughout their stay, they couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved it. What made them the happiest were the nighttime shows. My dad usually falls asleep at shows, but this time he was so excited and couldn’t stop talking about how much he enjoyed them. They also loved unique experiences like cooking paella in the pool area, and of course, the open bars—let’s just say every picture of my dad had a glass in his hand, and he was living his best life! Overall, they truly enjoyed every minute of their stay. For the price I paid, the value was beyond impressive. I’m so glad I chose this resort—it made their trip unforgettable.

Tuvimos que hacer más de 2 horas de fila para hacer el check in, y al llegar a recepción nos dijeron que nuestro check in era privado porque era VIP y tuvimos que esperar media hora más en el área VIP. No pudimos ir a los restaurantes a la carta ya que unos no estaban disponibles y los que lo estaban ya se habían llenado.
