Sunscape Coco Punta Cana - All Inclusive

Our stay at SunScape Coco in Punta Cana was absolutely wonderful! The staff made all the difference—Rosio, Ruth, and Cruz were amazing bartenders who always greeted us with a smile and made the best drinks. Jorge was such a huge help with our restaurant reservations and made everything so easy for us. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure our trip was enjoyable and stress-free. Beautiful resort, great service, and an overall unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back

We absolutely loved our stay (couple of 28yo female and 30yo male)! It was everything we wanted and more. Recommend the SunClub!

Very awful smell once you coming out of the room , also the bed sheet wasn’t clean the first night . I found hair and stain too.. the food was avarage .. entretiment was good . My overall exp 3.5 out 5

Property was ok, food great, staff was excellent! The only thing I didn’t like is the smoking in the property. There were people smoking all over the place, even in the pool! There should be a designated area for people to smoke. Also, the property could use some renovations specially with the furniture.

I had a good stay! The employees were pleasant specially the ones from the Main Looby Bar and the girls from the Vip Bar in Sunscape Club. What I did not like they were a lot of mosquitoes outdoors. I now that is part of being in a tropical island, but they can work on that.

Rooms are in bad shape, horrible beds, air conditioning not working properly, phone not working. Asked for a matress and slep in the floor 5 nights. 200$ credit as a perk is a scam ...

Food was alright but nothing was open 24 hours. Schedules for buffet was inconvenient. Internet has very bad connection, internet went out & cable & phone. Nothing was done about it.

The staff was very welcoming and hospitable. Kudos to the entertainment team which we got to meet during our week stay. DJ Chriss, Baby 9, Cofee, Golden boy, Coca-cola, Chocolate, Maja, Sol, Yiyo and Estarlin. All were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.

Very disappointing. I paid for the Sun Club Adult Only package. There was no adult only section, kids were everywhere. They do not check for who is part of the Sun Club so everyone uses those amenities. Most of the service staff is helpful and polite but the service at the buffets was not good. The restaurants open for dinner are limited and it is impossible to make reservations through their app. This is my 6th trip to Punta Cana and all of my trips have been great. This resort is not a good value for the money I paid. I will not be back to this resort and do not recommend.

Issues with roo 1st ac did not work, toilet did not flush, 2 same ac issues then no door on restroom, 3 was so so , had to cut short did earlt check out , requested refund for difference still waitinf on expedia to be able to reach hotel something about they have to approve to give $ back for days not used or stayed in, while checking out early they made me feel some paperwork that was for refund been 5 days and nothing yet, and e pedia says every time they try to reach no one answers !!!!! They urgently need to remodel update facilities etc to bad bad experience to the start of what was suppose to be a great time away !!! For 3 days was not able to enjoy with the rooms changing etc !! Thats why opted to go to different hotel ended up going over budget and yet to recoop some of my $$$
