Convenient location and friendly people. It is in the Main Street

Rooms are super clean. Air Conditioning works great

Old but clea. Could use some more renovations better doors, newer tvs

This is probably the worst Misión Chain hotel I’ve ever stayed. The hotel needs a makeover desperately and my breakfast was very poor

room is very basic but location is acceptable.

The personal information that we provided for checking in (mobile phone, names, room number) were shared with a criminal organization that tried to impersonate police officers through a late night call and get us out of the hotel. We tried to call the front desk and never could, after a while we hanged up and went through a very long night, we packed everything and got out early morning. The hotel premises are ok but old, rooms clean and spacious, staff friendly but impersonal.

Great location. Staff was amazing spoke English and arranged every tour. The tours were excellent I however ranged from 6 hours to 12 hours in duration. Reasonable price and food quality

Centrally located hotel in Valles. Directly across the street from Bus Terminal and HuaXteca tour office. Great location! For 3 stars.. this met my expectations and was a good value. Older building with modest facilities. Room was cleaned and spacious. Nice personal touch with a welcome note from housekeeper. Breakfast was a buffet and a little pricey but had lots of hot and cold food options. Easy parking and checkin/checkout.

Hotel good, the room was ok, size is good, the service super nice!!
