The rooms are dirty, there's room service left out on the hallway for days, the rooms smell awful and the hotel overall is falling apart.

"Nice hotel great food. Desk service sucked"

A great option when visiting Ciudad Valles with family. Very clean, quiet at night and good breakfast is offered at the property as well as easy parking inside and secure the property. Overall a good experience.

"Worst hotel ever!"

Worst hotel ever. I have stayed in better hostels than this. My bedroom smells like toilet all the time. Second night I found a puddle of water inside my room and it took 1hr for someone to clean it. I gave some clothes to be cleaned and it came back with a shirt missing and took 45 min to find it. Poorly painted and bad service at reception. I do not recommend. EDIT: I did this review before the second night of a three night stay. When I woke up after the second night where I had to clean my own room using one of my towels, I call reception asking for more towels and they answer me "that is not possible you have to use the dirty towels, we can give out more". This is the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. If I could give negative stars I would. Please save yourself of the bad time and do not stay here. There is plenty of little towns around Ciudad Valles with better hotels than this.

"Great stay"

The hotel was clean and housekeeping kept up with it everyday. I felt safe. My rental vehicle was also safeguarded. This is was an ideal location, as food, the pharmacy and the mercado were all within walking distance. Ciudad Valles was a great central location to stay around the area, as it was within 1 hour from all the tourist attractions. Also AMLO was a guest here :-)
