The property is set in a unique environment and it is very historic 1837 built. The TV reception is very bad in room. Bathroom needs better upgrade due t9 leaking toilet from the base. The gas smile in bathroom is very uninviting

The hotel overall was very clean and beautiful. The service was excellent all the way around. Check-in and out was an easy procedure as well. I was hoping for some plush mattresses, due to a bad back, but no luck for me this time. other than the beds, everything was great abt this place!

People and staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was swift and efficient. Parking was close to our room and secure. Room was nice, a little tired, but still comfortable. WIFI was very slow. It improved a little after changing rooms to be closer to the source. TV reception was very fuzzy in both of our rooms. Breakfast buffet was not really that good, and considering there is a restaurant across the street at a much cheaper price and much better food we passed on the hotel food after one meal.

This hotel needs to be renovated ASAP, very disappointed for the old conditions, there is not even a phone in the room, there is not water pressure for the shower.

"Stay away! The worst Mision hotel."

Check in was a disaster, very slow, they had two reservations in their system for the same stay. Had to move rooms because there was no hot water or pressure in one shower. The rooms were filthy, furniture was scratched and not well maintained. TV was very small and old. The linens looked grey and the towels were very old. The hotel in general was in really bad shape, it is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Mexico.
