Broadbeach Travel Inn Apartments

Site was in a very good location however the room we had was very dated and needed a refurbish. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We needed somewhere cheap to stay after our night at draculas. We were suprised at how nice this place was for the price. Newly refurbished and perfectly located. Would definately return.

Very old, not a good position, run down, not comfortable at all & overpriced for what you get!

Very friendly front desk staff and very spacious conformable rooms. Would be wonderful for a family stay.

Terrible. Although the rooms had been renovated nicely and provided almost all amenities required, firstly we booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and only got a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. We arrived after hours so we couldn't tell anyone. Then when we had showers that evening the water coming from the shower head was brown in colour. Not brown coming from any other fawcett. The next morning four people needed to have a shower. The first person, a child had a very quick shower then the remaining 3 people had cold showers. No hot water. This was very unpleasant in WINTER. Then the reception didn't open until 9am. I would have thought 8.30am would be reasonable. When we mentioned the problems to the young lady at reception she looked at us blankly as if she didn't register that these issues were a problem.

Great layout. Only complaint was traffic noise which double glazing would stop. Great location

Some things (like the clock radio) did not work. Door locks were loose and insecure. There was insufficient blankets.

Good experience with beach, shops, Pacific Fair walking distance. Room needs a lot of work.

Arrived late, due to late planes and used the after hours phone but there were no lights so couldn't see to put code in to get keys. A man helped with his torch. Was told to use the key to open the carpark, which was also in darkness and when we went to go back out again we were locked in the carpark because we couldn't locate the exit key box (which you would think we would have been told where it was on arrival) The batteries were flat in the air conditioner, there was a blown light globe in one bedside lamp and no globe in the other and the phone didn't work to ring anyone. The only staff member that I laid eyes on the whole time we was there was a young girl who grunted at me when I told her about the batteries, globes and phone. I did receive a phone call on my mobile from the owner who was very apologetic but I wasn't happy about the rude young girls attitude.

Freshly renovated room was extremely comfortable and clean. Very convenient location at a great price.
