"Modern nice conference type hotel with Starbucks in lobby"

Stayed two nights to attend WVU football game with our son. Hotel is very modern and clean. Nice bar area and Starbucks in lobby. Our river view room did not have heat the first night and it was cold. Second night it was working ok. Rooms need new mattresses and more guest amenities for the $700 a night we paid plus another $16 a night to self park in hotel garage. Location is an Uber ride to most area restaurants and WVU campus. Dogs are now allowed to stay so we saw many dogs on site and they were not a problem. Walls are thin at this hotel so we could hear other guests talking at times. Otherwise it was a nice stay but not at the price per night we paid. It’s more like a $300-$350 a night hotel in comparable markets.
