Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront Place

Very nice clean place

The lobby and surrounding areas were very inviting and were well kept. The Starbucks on site was very good. The food from the restaurant room service menu was very tasty.

The parking garage/lot is owned by the hotel, the additional $16 to park is unreasonable. Especially with the parking garage being a 3-5 minute walk from the lobby. The “river view” is not worth an upgrade. The sliding door for the bathroom and wardrobe is tacky and limits privacy. Water pressure seemed to be low.

Love the room and property but honestly parking is kind of a pain.

The facilities in the hotel. The size of the rooms n bathroom. Everything was wonderful n we had our dog w us. The staff was great too!

It was clean for the most part but the pool and hot tub was dirty

The pool and hot tub was dirty and the front desk receptionist was rude when I asked a question and the price was outrageous.

Additional fee for parking even though I had told the receptionist I didnt park in the parking area. Wifi was very spotty even after midnight to 3a.m with im guessing minimal usage from other guests it somehow got so bad to the point i couldn't connect and the tv would randomly restart itself. On a better note, I was put into a room on the peasants top floor, decent view of the streets and hills.

The rooms are spacious. I was not in a designated accessible room, but there was ample space for maneuvering in the room and bathroom. It was clean, comfortable and seemed updated. It's right on the river and accessible to the trail along the side. Both the pool and the hot tub have chair lifts for accessibility. There are towels and locker rooms at the pool, too. It's not quite big enough to swim laps but very relaxing with a view of the trees that line the river.
