"Delightful Night"

We were checked in by a brand-new clerk who was articulate, welcoming, and didn’t miss a beat. The hotel’s location on the Monangahela River allowed us to get an early morning run in on the adjacent trail. All parts of the property were well-maintained.

We really liked the room allocated to us.

Check in confusion about the card payment and having left the property and checked my bank statement I still think I have been overcharged. The other guests were noisy during the evening midnight - 2am, slamming doors etc, and knocking on our door to wake us up.

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOVELY HOTEL & its RESTAURANT"

My husband & I stayed here twice on a recent road trip adventure from Atlanta to Buffalo, and back. The hotel is absolutely lovely, with serene views and a great atmosphere. The rooms were terrific...clean, spacious, comfortable. The staff was extraordinary... everyone from the front desk, to restaurant wait staff, coffee shop, housekeeping... so very welcoming and helpful.

Great location on the river walk, near restaurants and a playground, & dog walk stations. Good food, huge rooms & comfy beds!

The only complaint I have is the flat pillows- everything else was fantastic!
