We have stayed at Sawmill Creek many times. The location is awesome, right off the 4 O'Clock run and a shuttle stop right outside the door. However this time we got a unit, #111 that was far inferior to other units we stayed in. The owners have not upgraded the unit with quality like unit 308. It has old small tube TV's, old sagging couches, uncomfortable beds and a low quality kitchen wares including warped pots and pans. For what we paid the owners should spend some money to get it up to speed with the other units in Sawmill Creek. We will request other units next time we stay and try to avoid 111 at all costs until it is upgraded. The layout of the unit was also inferior to the unit 308 as the master bedroom was actually the unit with two beds not the larger room with one bed and the kitchen was more closed off. The decor was very average and clearly a step below 308. Sawmill Creek is a great location just be careful what unit you get. The owner needs tom make upgrades to match the price they charge for it.

The Wi Fi was too slow to do anything useful in our unit, #308. They need to improve the strength of the signal to units near ours.

The unit we had was somewhat dated but adequate for what we wanted which was close proximatity to 4 o'clock run as well as downtown area. Very spacious unit great for entertaining as well as family has room to spread out in. We would stay here again.

I stayed with 5 friends in a 2 bedroom condo for MLK weekend. It was definitely spacious enough for all 6 of us. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a few meals. The hot tub was great after the long days of snowboarding too!

CLOSE TO BRECKENRIDGE. WALKING DISTANCE GOOD VIEWS CLEAN PLACE ENJOYABLE

These units are all privately owned, so they vary a fair bit. We had 4 units for our family reunion and they were quite a bit different. 214 was well-equipped and worked fine for us but was a bit low on style (and facing a road that could be noisy). 406 was much more open with high ceilings, newer furnishings, and a nice feature of the mountains and town from the balcony. Park was plentiful if a bit funky since it required some awkward turning around to get back out the single entrance. I wouldn't bring a large vehicle into here. We were 2 blocks from main street but on a major street (Park) which has some pros and cons to it. It is an easy walk to the (free, in the summer) gondola to go up to Peak 8 and the fun center. There is a nice creek that runs right through the center of the complex and there were a couple gas grills available to use on the property. No pool, but hot tubs. There is someone in the office onsite during the day but they weren't particularly clueful about much. GW lodging was helpful when we contacted them with a minor issue to fix in our unit. If you're picky about your exact room type, you might want to check for individual listings - but this was a good deal and worked well for us.

The condo was stayed in was absolutely beautiful. Completely stocked with all kitchen utensils and cookware. All we had to bring was our food. It was like being at home, but on vacation. Location was nice.

This unit is getting pretty old and worn. It seemed as if it needed a full floor to ceiling deep cleaning. The screen on the balcony door was off the track and the sliding closet doors on the clothes closet were unattached at the bottom. We would probably not stay in this particular unit again. Also, the complex is located at a major intersection for construction trucks and the noise starts about 6 A.M.
