Sawmill Creek Condominiums by Great Western Lodging

Very nice. Only complaint was no air conditioning or ceiling fans in any of the rooms. The rooms were very warm through the day and we had to set box fans in the windows to pull cool air in at night.

I stayed at unit # 107 of the Sawmill Creek Condominium. Units in this Condo are privately owned and furnishing quality may vary from unit to unit. The unit I stayed in was excellent. Very spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Location is perfect. Directly in front of building is a bus stop for the free shuttle to and from the Breck Ski resort and on the way back from the resort you can actually ski down on the Four O'Clock Run which ends at the condos door steps.

Kind of outdated and if you want a good night sleep forget it. The bed is as hard as a rock and can feel the springs in your back. My wife and I had to sleep on the couch on the last night. Although not the fault of the Sawmill Creek, people who are in the condo above you create constant noise is a problem that exists. We had a bottom floor in this case and could hear every step, thump, laughter and noise made at all hours of the night and early morning, building must be made of poor materials because every step the people made in the condo above us the boards would creak and crack.

I don't usually write reviews but this place deserved one. The check in was smooth and staff was very friendly! The condo was in perfect location to walk anywhere in town you would like. The best part is after a full day of skiing, you could ski right to the front of the condo on the four o'clock run! Great place!

We enjoyed our stay except for the living room heat not working.

The overall stay was very enjoyable. We stayed in unit #208, and it does need some attention. There is a hole in the hall bathroom door, a screen in the second bedroom window is missing, the carpet is really soiled & would benefit if replaced with tile or wood. The beauty of the unit, overall, and the views are so enjoyable. It is wonderful to be able to walk less than a block to Main Street. We love Breckenridge! We were not informed where to check in, so having a message posted in the complex office with instructions would save a lot of frustration. The office of the complex was open and empty, with no one in site. We had to stop a resident and inquire about the proceedures to check in. We did get great rates for the unit thru Hotels.com.

Overall a good stay. Room was somewhat dated especially the bathroom. It was also noisy with street traffic when the windows were open. Very good location to downtown Breckenridge.

We stayed here for the Leadville 100 trail run, so glad we stayed in Breckenridge, rather than Leadville...what a great town! The condo was so nice and the area...breath taking! We loved that we had a kitchen of our own, but also loved all the dining choices around us. It was the perfect town to get away to. The free gondola ride to the top of the mountain with all the fun activities was a bonus! Great trip, great place!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo's are within walking distance of all shops and restaurants in town and were very clean. We couldn't have been more pleased
