Sawmill Creek Condominiums by Great Western Lodging

This was a great condo with lots of room for the seven of us. The kitchen was well equipped, the dining room table was big, the bedrooms were just what we needed. We stayed in 316 and hope to stay again when we get back to Breckenridge. The location is wonderful, within walking distance to Main Street and all the restaurants and shops and just a few blocks to the gondolas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Room 303 at the Sawmill Creek Condos. Great view from our balcony, clean-spacious rooms, nice gas fireplace, ski lockers outside the front door, and everything we needed in the kitchen. At the end of the day it was awesome to ski down to the condo on the Four O'Clock run! The location also provides easy walking distance to all the shops & restaurants. We look forward to going back next ski season!

It was a great place to stay! Very convenient to town and to the bus stop.

Great location... close to downtown, right on 4 o'clock run! Condo was well equipped and comfortable. Hot tubs were not as clean as I would have liked... only went in once. Attention to the tubs would certainly improve our stay! Would definitely return here next year! Thank you!

The heater was a little quirky, but the condo was clean, roomy (for the most part), and comfy.

BEING OUR FIRST TIME STAYING AT SAWMILL CREEK, WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AND VERY SATISFIED WITH THE ACCOMODATIONS, . WE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING AND ONCE WE GOT THERE WE COULD NOT COMPREHEND HOW SOME PEOPLE WERE SO NEGATIVE ABOUT SAWMILL CREEK. WE LOVED IT, IT WAS VERY CLEAN, LOCATED IN A CONVENIENT AREA. EVERYTHING ABOUT SAWMILL CREEK WAS WONDERFUL.

Sawmill Creek Condominiums was a perfect fit for our summer stay in Breckenridge. We parked the car for the weekend and never drove anywhere! The gondolo and downtown Breck were about a block away from the complex. No trouble walking to anywhere we wanted to go. We stayed in Unit 201, which accomodated 8 adults...well, 2 adults and 6 college kids! The bedrooms were private, and accomodated different bedtimes. The kitchen ammenities were first class. Found everything that we needed to prepare breakfast and late night snacks. City Market was a short walk away. We would stay here again, AND would recommend this property to family and friends.

Condo clean and ready on time. Convenient to town, busses, and ski down feature was great...4 o'clock run! Loved the underground parking. Would have liked to see additional "hot tub" location because it did get crowded! Elevator was out of order for part of our stay but being on the second floor it didn't bother us too much. Did hear a lot of grumbling from others on upper floors! It was fixed by the time we checked out! Overall, one of the better places we have stayed. Will definitely look to stay here again next year!

Great place to stay for convience; however, the mattress of the king size bed was very uncomfortable with springs that dug into my husband and my back. We didn't get much sleep, but other than that the place was very clean and nice! It was a great size and had all the amenities! It was great to sit by the fire and have everything so close for skiing and a block walk to the town as well. Covered parking was a great addition as well! Just if they would improve the beds it would have been a better stay!

My friends and I stayed in the 2bed/2bath condo that had 1 queen bed in one bedroom and two queen beds in the other. The beds were firm and mostly comfortable. The kitchen was galley style with granite countertops and had all the basic pots, pans, and plates to make several meals which made the trip much more affordable. The dishwasher also made for quick clean up. The fireplace was great for roasting marshmallows. The bathrooms were clean and also had granite countertops. The location is right at the end of 4 O’clock run which is very convenient. The bus stop to go to the peak or gondola is about 100 feet from elevator door. Main street shopping is just a couple of blocks away. The place was clean and was at an affordable price. Cons: Parking is under the building and can be a bit tight if you are driving a larger vehicle. We had 6 people staying and the hot water got a little sparse with everyone getting back for showers around the same time. Our washer didn’t work. The TV’s could use some updating, but we weren’t there to watch TV. Considering everything, we were happy with our stay and would stay here again.
