The staff and the food was great

The location was a bit challenging to access and of course the sargassum made it impossible to use the beach and the smell was awful

"Toll für passiven Urlaub mit viel gutem Essen und Drinken."

Sehr gutes Essen mit Ausnahme von schlechten Muscheln, die mich einen Tag Zwangsdiät gekostet haben. Sehr gut: überwiegend Restaurants mit Bedienung. Schöne Pool Anlagen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Wasser Rutsche. Viel Natur um die Anlage herum. Anlage gut für Urlauber die sich wenig bewegen wollen.

Sehr eingeschränkte Sportmöglichkeiten. Mini Platz für Joga auf Beton auf Handtüchern ohne Matten. Sehr kleine Gym. Sehr wenig Sport Stunden Angebot, und teilweise nur ganz früh am Morgen. Kein Pool zum Schwimmen. Für Urlauber, die keinen Alkohol trinken ist der Urlaub ein schlechtes Geschäft, und man fühlt sich oft deplatziert da sich bei sehr vielen Urlaubern der Urlaub um Alkohol dreht. Ehrlicherweise muss ich sagen, dass wir in dem Hotel auch nur aufgrund einer Schulabschluss Fahrt gebucht haben.

La atención del personal en los restaurantes es buenísima.

Tardaron mucho para asignarme mi habitación, no hay sombra en el área de las albercas y no te dejan abrir las sombrillas, asi que me queme horrible y los barman de cualquiera de las barras tienen mal carácter.

La limpieza y el trato de Viviana jefa de albercas y Karen del spa alegria

Me cobraron más de lo que aparece en la publicación de la app de Booking no hubo apoyo por parte de la recepcionista luz y su relevo pues estábamos haciendo el check in en ese momento Y también a ustedes Booking por qué solicite ayuda a la app y nadie me respondió Es lamentable por qué tenía muy buenas experiencias con Booking

La propreté générale de l'établissement. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'équipe de ménage et du service de restauration.

L'accueil quelque peu froid à la réception. L'abord à des fins commerciales de "l'équipe faite pour ça". Le manque de personnel qui parle français quand ça l'arrange.

Le confort de la literie, le petit déjeuner et les repas assez variés.

L'hôtel est situé dans un complexe hôtelier et résidentiel. A éviter à cette période de l'année car les plages étaient envahies de sargasses et l'odeur de leur décomposition était tout bonnement horrible !
