Very nice

No room service is crazy after spending 3,000 dollars also they don’t do well with accommodations for big families

Personnel disponible et adorable. Structures propres et propices au farniente. Chambres confortables, bonne literie. Buffets disponibles avec grandes plages horaires.

Beaucoup d’américains qui se croient tout permis et seuls, enceinte à fond, ils hurlent y compris tard dans les couloirs et chambres. Transats réservés dès le matin 6/7h alors que c’est interdit et que les personnes se pointent qu’en fin d’après midi voir pas. Inadmissible. Ils devraient mettre en place une politique plus stricte pour cela. Plage envahie par les sargasses malheureusement (comme beaucoup d’hôtels sur la côte)

Staff were fantastic. They were always helpful with already smile. Loved the rain-shower head in the bath. The spa was good, just needs a jacuzzi to make it great. Lots of wildlife to see wandering the grounds. Its located in a safe gated community, so was nice to ge able to take a stroll off of resort too.

I felt I was mislead when reserving through booking.com because the "all inclusive" is only for the buffet, plus a maximum of 4 a la cart reservation meals (1 per restaurant). The swimming pools were smaller than shown in photos and the drinks were made with cheap mixes. The rooms have no clocks and no outlets to plug in basic items like phones and tablets. We had a room with 2 queen beds but only a single chair to sit in. By the tv there was a weird board leaning against the wall with a plug that didn't work. Its a shame because the staff work so hard, but the lack of room amenities are a disservice to the brand.

The beach is wonderful and the jungle setting is amazing ! The buildings are lovely . Food and staff in the main restaurants and throughout hotel were delightful!!! Love this resort . However

We have visited this resort many times since 2005 , however this time we dined at twice at the small upgrade only beachside special which restaurant a negative experience for us both times that we gave it a chance. The staff lacked warmth so evident throughout the rest of the resort ! Ironic really. Our meals were disappointing and the wait overlong…

Its a secure area and the grounds are very nice.

Lots of spots to eat with a good selection of food. I liked the options for water and lounging spots.

I did not like that the rule "no reserving loungers" was not enforced. I did not like the constant pressure and invitations to listen to the exclusive program upsell pitch.

La ubicación es buena, pero las tumbonas de la zona de playa no están a pie de playa, tienes la playa enfrente pero para entrar al agua tienes que ir a la derecha o a la izquierda, ya que está en una zona alzada. Por otro lado, Viviana, que nos ayudó a la entrada al hotel muy bien, igual que Sol del club infantil, mis hijos estaban encantados con ella.

El personal de restauración bastante maleducados, sobretodo los del buffet brisa del desayuno, traían el café con muy mala gana y casi sin mirarte a la cara, además tardaba mucho. En una ocasión dijimos con mucha educación que por favor nos sirvieran el café que tendíamos que ir a trabajar y llevábamos prisa, y su respuesta fue: pues otro día baje antes( de muy malas maneras)
