Great daily entertainment activities

Long wait to get water and drinks at restaurant. Drinking water and other beverages not refilled on a daily basis (the fridge was full only on arrival day). Same with towels

Le bruit, nous avons eu des chambres côté du passage de chariots avec des roues en fer qui font un bruit terrible a toute heure de la journée depuis 6 ou 7h du matin Je pense que pour un séjour de notre durée ils auraient pu nous donner des chambres moins bruyantes

Las albercas en muy buen estado, las habitaciones comodas, recien remodeladas, me encanto el servicio de los restaurantes en especial el BELOVED, la chica que atiende TERE es super cordial, en general todos los restaurantes 10/10 . restaurante japones y el de cortes de carte muy buena experiencia. Recomiendo ampliamente los jugos frescos que ofrecen. En general la atención es muy buena.

Lo que cambiaria es que en la piscina para huespedes prefernciales, tienes que salir de la alberca para ir al BAR y resulta incomodo salir a cada rato, propongo que haya servicio para que te lleven tus bebidas .

el bloved y el restaurante de carnes, excelentes, menos la atencion de una mesera, horrible de nuevo

La mitad del personal es hostil y hasta grosero, la otra mitad amable.Fueron muchas situaciones desde que no hicieron la limpieza de la haboitackión solo las camas, el olor en el balcón a veces era insoportable porque la basura que sacan está a aun lado. la atencion en recepcion es DE MIEDO terrible. las crepas y los jugos son los peores que he probado en mi vida.. un pár de comidas estaban ligeramente echadas a perder
