Sandals Montego Bay All Inclusive - Couples Only

Traveling to Montego Bay make sure to do all your traveling in Jamaica via Nexustours. They provided the best experience and professional service with an employee name Roxy while at the Ibero Resort. When my wife and I travel again we will be seeking doing business with Nexustours again. Highly recommended.

The resort looks beautiful, but I was concerned about the limited access to the beach for local communities. While the sand and sea are technically public, in practice security and private property make it very difficult for non-guests to use the beach. I hope Sandals considers ways to open access and support local communities, because tourism and social responsibility should go hand in hand. This would make the resort experience even more respectful and positive for everyone.

We did butler service and found it to be quite annoying more than helpful. Too many phone calls, and the morning we checked out you would’ve thought there was an emergency from the non-stop repeated calls. They also hounded us for a tip. Food selection was good with many options. Steakhouse was disappointing. Gym was great! Other reviewers state the airplane traffic is disruptive, which is true. But, they’ve made it fun where everyone drinks each time a plane crosses over! Entertainment was above average. All the bars in the resort were pretty fun at night. Overall for the price point. I would skip the extra cost for the butler and I think it’s reasonably priced for what is included. A nice 3+/4-star hotel. If peace and quiet is what you’re looking for, probably not your spot.

We visited for our honeymoon it was amazing. We were here from October 18-22 and it was the first time out of the country for both my husband and I. Our first night we spent at latitudes with Shea where we talked for hours and shared stories this is where we knew this trip would be memorable. Then the other nights we spent with Dane at the piano bar where we met some really cool people and Dane definitely kept the vibe up. Amazing resort we can’t recommend it enough. All the staff from arrival to departure were so kind and helpful. Everywhere we went staff were asking what we needed were so attentive to each guest. The environment is just great, we cannot wait to come back and visit.

The experience at Sandals in Montego Bay was extraordinary! Customer service was excellent as was the food, drinks, and lodging. My wife and I wanted to eat that esteemed Butch’s Steak house but I was lacking an important requirement to dine there… long pants. One of the resort managers (Christopher) made our reservation as well as brought me a pair of clean pressed slacks so that my wife and I could go. The food was so good, we went the following night again thanks to the pants and reservation from Chris. Could not have been more pleased with our experience there at sandals in Montego Bay.

Highly recommend the deep sea fishing trip at Montego Bay. The crew was great. They told us our Blue Marlin was a once in a lifetime catch. Also caught 2 Mahi and a sailfish. Great time was had by all

I typically love the Sandals and the Beaches resorts. My husband and I had a 4 night weekend planned to celebrate our anniversary (and get our 70 nights) but Tropical Storm Melissa (expected to become a Category 4 Hurricane) had other plans. We called Sandals to reschedule our trip and they gave us a very difficult time, are charging us a change of room fee, and then charging us a higher rate. So it is either travel in a hurricane, pay $800 more to change our dates, or loose all of our money. After this trip, we won’t be using Sandals anymore as there are many more resorts that will treat us better in a hurricane.

Would have been a five star but last 24 hrs of stay were terrible. Welcome back dinner for us not very welcoming when in dining room. Left to eat dinner in the pub. When leaving our car service turned into bus service! We had a car 8 days earlier and said policy changed last Year! In my mind this violated contract as booked this 18 months ago!!!!!! This is our 5 th trip and noticed not so good changes. Bathroom fan not working, no piano bar player anymore, no welcome back tee shirts. It's these little things that helped separate sandals from the other all inclusives. Luckily the staff hasn't changed and are wonderful!

Awesome customer service, beautiful resort. Christopher was awesome - he went above and beyond to source us a pair of pants when we forgot them. (HINT: Bring pants for the steak restaurant!) Thanks again, and respect!
