What a lovely stay can’t fault anything food service Butlers Sean and Mckoy were great but special shout out to Daina who worked tirelessly across all the bars always had a smile on her face and was a joy to talk to she really looked after us However Virgin Atlantic and Sandals Uk were not helpful when our return flight was cancelled due to technical difficulties alternative flight offered was 6 days after we should have left and had a very stressful time trying to get flights back to uk which we have had to pay for will not be travelling with Virgin again

The staff is so friendly and the entertainment is fantastic. Best food and drinks offered and the bar tenders love to cater to you!

We love Sandals MoBay! We had a GREAT 2nd time here! Yahshawn, Davia, Tasha, and Ramone were fantastic with the entertainment and were always so friendly throughout each day!

I want to shout out each and every one of the below people at the resort for their incredible passion, love, and kindness throughout our stay. We created lifetime experiences and friendships because of them. Top notch entertainment and hospitality we love them for everything they did for us. We hope other people visiting get the chance to experience what we did. Yashawn - incredible entertainment host. His passion and love for his team and the guests are unmatched. Akeem - unbelievably kind and loving and not to mention vocalist! We will have memories for a lifetime we love you Akeem! Super Mario - my high energy brother. Loved playing volleyball and learning to dance with him! Lady J - incredibly talented vocalist and performer that made us feel welcomed from the beginning. Tasha - incredible performer with a voice to match. Always had great energy! Davia - great personality and greater voice! We loved watching her perform and always make sure everyone was enjoying their time. Geo - an awesome down to earth person who always was entertaining us between activities. Leo Leroy - always made sure we had a good time by the pool and always served us with a smile! Lamar - great service and great drinks. Pool was always a great time with Lamar there. Javon - incredible person that always made us feel welcomed from Shania- she was awesome! Great person and made us feel welcomed Remone - one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. His singing was absolutely amazing!! Thank you Remone! Stephen- incredibly down to earth and great man! Was always asking about us and how we were doing. Bartending was top notch. Dj Stewie - always a great time dancing and his mixes were awesome! Marlan- great bartender when we were doing karaoke. He even had a great performance! Theodore- another awesome bartender at the cricketer pub. We danced the late night away with the great music! Dj Javi - one of the best nights was listening to him mix music at The Crickiter Pub! Also the day mixing at the pool had everyone non stop dancing and enjoying their time! Great DJ!

If you are looking for a FUN trip , especially with a group of friends, this is the place! We have done a few all-inclusives and the entertainment staff at Sandals Montego Bay is second to none! Being able to watch Yashawn, Akeem, Ramon and Tasha sing was a whole experience in itself- they are absolutely some of the most amazing and talented people I’ve ever met! On top of that you have them and the rest of the entertainment staff with you day and night making sure everyone is having fun whether it’s volleyball, pool games, bingo , dancing or just making sure your drink is full - Geo, Super Mario, Lady J, Davia , Shania, Jordon (also amazing on the sax!) , DJ Javi , DJ Stewie … everyone! It’s always hard to leave a beautiful place but the staff here will really have you contemplating changing your flight.. or maybe taking one of them with you lol

This was our 3rd time going back to Sandals Montego Bay and it never disappoints!!! We went in 2015 for our honeymoon and have returned every 5 years after to celebrate! We met friends on our honeymoon that we travel back with each time and now have a groups that we travel with! It was so fun! This time we met some incredible people at Mobe- Yeshawn- the entertainment manager and volleyball king!!!! He is amazing! My dance partner - DEMARIOOOO!! Super Mario!! Akeem- has the most amazing voice you will ever hear!! Remone not only can sing but has the best style!! The Lady Jay and Tasha are the sweetest and Tasha can SINGGG! Davia makes some incredible tie dye shirts! GEOOOO- the best!!!!!! Can’t forget the amazing bartenders taking care of us- Leroy, Lamar, Leo, and Marlon!! Jordan can play the sax like no other!!! DJ javi, DJ Stewie kept the jams rocking!!! We will miss you all but hope to see you again soon!! One love- the Kellers🫶🏼

Our stay was excellent! We enjoyed the different variety of restaurants and experiences. The entertainment was great and we made great friends with all the staff ! Thank you Akeem, Super Mario , Remone, Lady J, Tasha, Yahshawn, and DJ Geo.

Where do I even begin? From the moment we arrived at Sandals Montego Bay, we were treated like royalty. The resort itself is stunning – crystal-clear waters, picture-perfect beaches, and endless amenities – but what truly made our vacation a 10 out of 10 was the incredible staff who went above and beyond every single day. Shoutout to the dream team: • Jody-Ann (our lovely waitress) – always smiling, always attentive, and made every meal feel special. She remembered our favorites and served them up with warmth and grace. • Dahmar, Akeem, and Leroy (bartenders) – these guys kept the drinks flowing, the vibes high, and the laughs coming. Whether it was a frozen daiquiri or a strong rum punch, they knew exactly what we needed. • Kajounry at the towel station – the unsung hero! Always there with fresh towels and a friendly attitude that made even the smallest moment feel personalized. • Tasha, the beautiful singer with the voice of an angel – gave us goosebumps every night with her performances. So talented! • Super Mario from the Entertainment team – full of energy and always keeping the party alive. He made sure no one had a dull moment. • Yahsaun, the Entertainment Manager – you can tell he truly cares about guests having an amazing time. The events were well-planned, engaging, and FUN. • Davia aka Daphney – what a light! She had us laughing, dancing, and smiling from ear to ear. She’s pure joy in human form. We’ve been to other all-inclusive resorts, but this experience at Sandals Montego Bay was NEXT LEVEL – and it’s because of these incredible individuals who made us feel like family. Can’t wait to come back. If you’re thinking about booking – DO IT. And tell them we sent you. 😉

Sandals Montego Bay offered a great experience . The food at butch’s steak house dinner was awesome all around (surf and turf as well as sides). There were different bars and pools to hang out at and the beach was bigger than royals location. It was nice to have the option to visit royal location via shuttle (8 min ride) and use the amenities there as well. The room was clean and room service was fast! We met Akeem (entertainment department) who brought great fun the entire experience ! We as a couple won bingo and won some beautiful artwork prizes ! We loved that there were different tables set up for souvenirs and art to purchase. Food was good DRINKS WERE GREAT! Pina colada’s with Appleton floats were the best! Don’t be shy with the entertainment dept. they’ll make your vacation 100 times better and customize your experience for you. Yes, I mean you get better perks if you become friends.

We stayed for one week in July 2025 in category M1 beachfront millionaire one bedroom butler suite room 1566. The room was very well appointed, clean, updated, and RIGHT on the beach. Just a few steps from the beach, unobstructed ocean views. Bathroom has a nice walk in shower with 2 shower heads and dual controls and a soaking tub, double vanity, walkin closet, and a water closet with its own door. 2 smart tvs, king size bed, and a living room area with a couch, chairs, table, etc. Patio has a daybed, cocktail table and chairs and a soaking tub. Our butlers, Dane and Oshane, were friendly and very accommodating. They are a huge asset to the resort. Adair runs the overwater bar “Latitudes” and exemplifies what it means to serve her guests. She’s always friendly and happy to serve. Naseen works the overwater bar as well and always greets with a warm smile. We spent a lot of time at Latitudes as our room was a short walk from the bar, so we got to know them well. Damar from the bar….the living room bar, that is…always eager to craft your favorite cocktail…and Marlon….you must ask him about his Australian accent!! This guy is amazing, and hilarious. Theodore…a true gentleman. Amazing. Allan, a true hero. Thanks for all you do. Raj, the butler…. Raj… bro…. I won’t forget you and our experience. A genuine heart… we had a truly great experience with you as well. I hope to see you again. The list goes on, but those people stood out the most. And then there’s Wendy-Ann… one cannot forget Wendy-Ann. Thank you for your wonderful service and for making our experience amazing. Regarding the restaurants, our favorites were the jerk shack for delicious jerk chicken, the sushi restaurant, Soy, where Joel is the most amazing host/manager ever, butch’s for steak, and the ice cream shoppe for dessert! Oh we enjoyed the French restaurant as well. Do keep in mind some of the restaurants do not offer climate controlled seating. Tokyo Jo’s, tho a great experience, is an open air concept, as is the Italian and French restaurant. Not a bad thing necessarily, but if you’re looking for a/c, you will be limited in your dining options. Beautiful beach, wonderful people, nice rooms, great food, another great Sandals experience.
