Sandals Montego Bay All Inclusive - Couples Only

This place is amazing! We loved our swim up suite and the short walk to the piano bar and beach! The piano bar/swim up bar is where it’s at! Always a DJ playing great music and the bar tenders are so nice! Leroy was my favorite bar tender, he’s funny, personable and makes amazing drinks! Crazy Chris from the entertainment team was awesome! His pool games were so much fun! If you go please ask for Leroy and Chris, they make our whole trip!!

We had a wonderful experience at this location sandals in Montego Bay. The staff there is a very helpful, kind and respectful. We had a gentleman that was an entertainment by the name of Damario and he was very helpful and very respectful and just showed us a great time. we also took professional pictures there. Roger was also a great photographer and we met David. We spent a lot of time talking with David and David was an awesome person to meet there.

Just returned from a really great holiday but it was spoilt by the lack of sun shades. Luckily I am an early riser so I was able to find sun beds with sun shades. If you went after 0800….. good luck. People were even claiming sun beds with sunshades the night before! It seemed that only those with butlers could guarantee a sunshade. This has been going on for years and it’s time Sandals sorted this policy. Like I said we had a really great time but spoilt by the sun shade issue.

We booked a 15 day stay! from the moment we arrived we were greeted with the best hospitality! we stayed in cottage # 1467. Nothing short of amazing! Our butler team were Carlene and Palmer, Carlene gave us a very informative tour of the property. They are an amazing team! Carlene was our primary butler, she went above and beyond every day! Her bright smile and beautiful personality was very uplifting! We loved all of the restaurants, and bars the wait staff and bartenders were all so great! Everyone was so welcoming. There was one bartender that we really enjoyed chatting and laughing with every night during our stay, that was Dane! We learned so much about their culture from him and we had so many laughs with him! All of the entertainment staff were excellent! How ever the ones we connected with daily were Tasha and Demarius. Tasha really got us to participate and was just an overall great person! So friendly, funny and of course very talented! 10 out of 10 for us and we will definitely be booking again soon!

Wow! We had the best stay at Sandals Montego Bay. Jamaica is wonderful and the staff at the resort were equally as wonderful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to meet all our vacation needs. We commented on how clean the resort is. We could do as much, or as little, as we wanted! We chose to relax on the beach! One day had strong winds and the next day there was a lot of seaweed on the beaches, and they did their absolute best to clean up the beaches - no easy feat! Our food was good - Tokyo Jo's was our favorite! We will definitely be back! Thank you Sandals Montego Bay! You and your staff made our stay amazing!

We absolutely loved the location after a long flight we had a swim up room block 8 which was perfect for us. The grounds are beautifully maintained by the lovely gardening staff they do a fantastic job. The food was good. Room service was very good. The beach was lovely I was up by 5.30 every morning and could see the butler’s reserving as many beds as they could it didn’t affect us but I could see it would if we didn’t have the swim up. Service was absolutely stand out from 2 staff members Roger club sandals and Venetia piano bar they were fantastic ambassadors for the sandals brand and could definitely teach some others what great customer service looks like ❤️🌴 lastly the best meal of the trip has to be Butches it has the best lamb chops iv ever tasted the service was excellent and the atmosphere perfect for a lovely evening out. Thankyou Jamaica 🇯🇲 we will definitely be back 🌴

We came to Sandals MB for a quick getaway to celebrate my 70th birthday. This is our first all inclusive. What a relaxing time we had just sitting around doing nothing. Most of the time we spent on the beach in a nice shaded area set up by our Butler. I highly recommend the Butler service to get the best spots on the beach and other amenities, however, be sure to ask them for more throughout the day to make it worth your while and their tip. The rooms were cleaned and tidied twice per day. Staff were wonderful. The gardens are breathtaking. Food was above average.

Would have liked to know renovations to rooms were happening. Lots of interruption and would potentially have booked an alternate.

The warmth and hospitality was remarkable . Vegetarian option for main course was very limited . Bad experience at the Bombay club and was reported to the manager at the Sandals royal caribbean. All together the stay was wonderful
