Location was amazing! Loved the rustic vibes. The staff were absolutely amazing !!

My one comment is that bed linen and towels could do with a refresher, alot of the linens were stained with what looked like blood stains, and also just looked very well used

The service was wonderful, I was greeted ahead of time and showed to my lovely room. Mind you this is a low key place but it was quiet, good water pressure, hot water all day, 3 fans, towels and everything. It was a short walk to the busy part of town around Gitano and the beach is across the street.

Fabulous service! Anastasia made great efforts ensuring i had smooth transportation between airport - hotel, and got my scooter the same morning I asked for it. She is amazing!

Not sure if it’s related to the weather, I don’t have hot water entire time. As the staff explained, everything is solar powered.

The location is really convenient and, although a bit far from the town area, the colectivo system made the local trips cheap and fast.

Sometimes the wifi would crash, but it was for short amount of time and usually during nights.

Great location and a great host. Anastasia was very helpful. The room was big, clean and the bed was comfy. Good Italian Restaurant next door and beach club just across the street. :)

No AC. My room was so hot that it was hard to sleep.

Really nice and affordable rooms in the centre of the Tulum beach zone. The location is perfect as it’s near convenience stores and some affordable restaurants, also close to beach clubs but nice and quiet. The rooms are a little ‘rustic’ but it’s in the jungle and you get what you pay for - this was one of the best prices I could find in the area so I wasn't expecting it to have all the mod cons.

No air con so it’s quite hot in the room. There's ceiling fans but personally I found they blew too hard. I found it got cool enough to sleep by leaving the door open but my friend found it hard to sleep in the heat.

It is not located at the beach, no beach access possible without paying or driving.

Really great place and would stay again!!! No AC but in April with the high speed fans it was perfect. Anastasia is an awesome host too. Very very helpful
