I really liked the design - new, contemporary and stylish, host communication was very friendly and helpful, all needed in the room, 3 ventilators, safe territory with pool and area around. You can have breakfast in matcha mama in the corner

Overall the hotel is nice, clean & relaxing. They don’t have a receptionist/front desk so you need to communicate through whatsapp. It’s right next to matcha mama which is great! Also they don’t have A/C only 3 fans in the ceiling but still very hot. I didn’t see any crazy insects until I arrived home and opened my back pack and noticed a black scorpion that almost gave a heart attack and killed me! Lol (overall nice place & great location but no ac & be careful for the scorpions)

Clean, stylish room with value for money! Service minded staff! This is the perfect place to stay at if you would like to try out different beach clubs each day and instead save in on the cost of hotel. It’s very close to a place with some great food trucks if you wish to have a “low key” night as well. Otherwise easy to walk everywhere from here or take a taxi if you don’t like walking. Matcha Mama is just outside the door for some delicious smoothies and matcha servings.

It’s next to a pizza place who has a noisy power plant. But it’s off from 10pm in the evenings. Another restaurant next to the place plays loud music in the evenings. but this is Tulum and both things will be wherever you stay (we have stayed at different places and it’s the same anywhere).

The staff is what makes Amor Rooms full of love. The previous property manager Lourdes was nothing but exceptional. She was incredible. The new property manager Jesus is exceptional. He is kind, humorous, helpful and goes above and beyond to help the guests. He was extremely understanding and flexible to help all my requests and needs. He was patient and would communicate in a timely manner. He was accommodating to not only me but some friends I referred to the property. They all said amazing things about him too. Jesus was beyond great. He was perfect. Thank you Jesus. Roberto, the other caretaker and property manager is such a sweetheart. He truly is a kindhearted man who has nothing but good energy, intentions and extends his hand to help in any situation. Amor Rooms translates to a boutique oasis. The intimate design and intentional architecture is perfectly done. Cameron, the owner, has has tastefully crafted the rooms to provide a sense of chic, bohemian and ottoman tastes. Expect a romantic and chic boutique experience. The room has ample room for two or even three. The bed is enormous and comfortable. The water runs great. The amenities in the room are superb. The location is great. Perfectly close enough for reaching the main strip and restaurants by foot yet far enough to have your own privacy and quiet time. It’s a lovely boutique hotel and has only been getting better and better. Thank you, Cameron. Thank you, Lourdes. Thank you, Roberto. Thank you, Jesus. You all are truly amazing people and am so grateful for everything you guys do. You have a loyal client and friend. Amor rooms para siempre.

Wow my favorite place to stay. This is the only place I will be staying when in Tulum. It is centrally located. It’s clean. Comfortable. The bed is so big and cozy. It’s quiet. And the best part is the staff. Wow. What an amazing staff. Jesus was amazing. He made our trip perfect. Thank you Amor rooms. Can’t wait to see you again ✨

The location was in the main area of tulum, convenient for clubbing or restaurants. There was a nice Italian restaurant at the front of the hotel. It was nice also. The rooms were clean and we had no problems. The staff were friendly. Wi-fi worked well. They also helped us when the pick-up shuttle got wrong way. If I will come to tulum again, I would stay here again. Thank you!

I loved my stay at Amor Rooms! Beautiful and comfortable rooms, in a great location just steps away from the beach. It's a small set of rooms, set back in the jungle providing a peaceful vibe. Located just behind one of my favorite shops for açaí and smoothie bowls "Match Mama". Great area, easy to walk to the beach, many restaurants and nightlife.
