Location is perfect!

The place is simple but magical at a time. The area became better since my last visit. Hospitality is over the roof. Arranged everything ive asked for in the best manner.

Good value for money in Tulum. The rooms are large, spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel is situated just beyond the main strip of bars and restaurants making them easily accessible by foot and meaning the area is nice and quiet at night. Beach is just across the road however many of the access points are through other hotels that don't let you pass through - would recommend heading up to Zebra Beach Club ( 5 min walk) to enter beach instead.

Can be difficult to get access to the beach but that's not hotels fault!

Best location you could ask for. Walking distance to everything you would need for a true Tulum experience. 4 min walk from the best yoga studio, my favorite beach clubs to hang out at, shops, restaurants and the party zone (when in the mood for it)! Bed was large and comfy! Cori the manager and staff were so kind and friendly. I felt safe and taken care of! The suites are stylish and “on brand” with Tulum! I will definitely return!

This was my second time staying at Amor Rooms. The first time I stayed for a week and this time I stayed for a month! Cori, the manager was great! He was friendly and helpful. My room was comfy, stylish, Eco friendly (nice to see this still happening in Tulum!) and has become my home away from home. Also - the location is perfect! Tucked away from the party zone, but close enough if you want to partake. Close to my favorite restaurants, shops and yoga studios!

Only because I was here for an extended amount of time, it would have been nice to have a mini fridge. Cori did bring me a cooler with ice as I needed - so he figured it out for me. Other than that - the space and service was great and more than I expected!

Safe, clean, and very well-decorated place in a cool location. Jesus and his team were super supportive as well!

The fan was a bit loud, no access to the beach

Staff are good and helping with any questions, the only one thing which you have to know that there is no air conditioner in the room, there are 3 fans which are good but still not the same as air conditioner and too noisy (fans), I was sleeping with the pillow on my ear
