Salthouse Harbour Hotel and Spa

No air conditioning in our room and quite pricey for 1 nights stay without breakfast. Wouldnt have paid price if not attending Ed Sheeran gig. Lovely hotel but not worth price tag

Just Understated Luxury

We only stayed one night without breakfast. The rooms are quite expensive but the location is good , so that has to be factored in . Bathroom was a little tired and the sink leaked but had a lovely stay overall and if you don’t mind paying a bit more , it’s a nice treat .

Room rate without breakfast was quite high , however again location has to be factored in . We upgraded to balcony room so was good to open the doors up for fresh air as it was a hot weekend. Would be nice to have chairs facing the doors so you can sit and look at the view or small chair on the balcony would be good .

Poor sleep quality due to neighbouring bars & late night party goers all through the night

What a gem of a place . Helped by marina views and surrounded by bars this was a happy place to stay . Staff were attentive ( other than one robotic member of the breakfast team ) . I got a balcony room overlooking the marina . Room was well presented , bedding Egyptian cotton, comfy and well made. Was nice to have balcony doors open in this warm weather. Little car park right next door . Check in process easy as was check out . I’ll definitely stay here again . Well done to a good looking hotel with great service

Excellent location right on the Quay. We had a modern front facing room. Quiet and good a/c - shower leaked all over the bathroom Floor when in use - so we mopped it all up. Nice product in bathrooms. Friendly helpful staff. We are in their restaurant- good food but expensive for the food we had. Breakfast very underwhelming!

Very pleasant, slightly quirky hotel. I was in Room 504, (to the side of the hotel) overlooking the Isaacs pub. It was noisy if my balcony doors were open, but if shut, all was quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. I must mention Dora. Every hotel should have a Dora. She was a little ray of sunshine, so cheerful and smiley, as well as being efficient.
