Sandals Halcyon - ALL INCLUSIVE Couples Only

Me and my wife arrived on Saturday December 17th, until December 24th, be aware the ride from the airport to the resort is 90 minutes so it might take longer or shorter depending on traffic, the road has alot of hills , twists and turns, so if you are like me and my wife who doesn't get car sick, this ride will make you change your mind, we both had to stop for emergency purposes......lol. Once you arrive to the at the resort, you get greeted by the staff, the place is beautiful, and rooms are cleaned and up to date. The pool was a little bit cold for my taste, but the temperature on the ocean water was alot better. Take advantage of the tours, upon arriving and don't leave it for the last minute like we did, and wind up not going anywhere. We took the opportunity on this trip to renew our vows on Monday, after 23yrs, and the wedding planning, photographer and staff did an awesome job creating this magical moment for me and my wife, the cake, the flowers, and the scenery were unbelievable. The staff worked very hard to make this day very special. You will also have the opportunity to go and hangout to the other resorts like, La Toc and La Grande which I would recommend. Lots of sun, it rained a few days, but mostly at night. The food and drinks are great, entertainments were nice, and the staff is always there to service you at all times. Thank you to the staff and everyone they for making our vacation, and wedding day a great one to remember.

The hospitality from all the staff was very comforting. Saint Lucia is paradise.

Stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The property itself is great, rooms were spacious and updated. There are 3 main pool areas (including a lazy river) and also had swim up bars. Beach was nice, not too crowded and did not have to get up super early to reserve a spot. 6 dining options and room service also available. The food was excellent. From the breakfast and lunch buffets, to the dinner menus at night at the various restaurants. The drinks were good too. Sandals has 3 locations on St Lucia and you are able to take a shuttle to experience the other resorts as well. Halcyon is more for peace and quiet which is what we wanted. The only negative was our rayban sunglasses were stolen right out of our villa table when the empty drink glasses were taken out. Overall, excellent vacation and resort. Highly recommend!

No maps at all on the property. The only documentation regarding Covid testing was inaccurate. After calling , reading FAQs , I discovered they had only 1 usable 110 c plug. When I inquired on the property no one seemed to know what I was talking about. There was an ice bucket in the room. When we asked a staff member where to get the ice, we were told they didn’t ice really, but we could walk to the bar and maybe we could get some ice from them
