Everything. The restaurant's was hard to get on.

The property was beautiful and not overcrowded. There were more hidden activities than we imagined. The staff was great and made sure to meet our every need. I honestly did not want to leave.

This property was very clean and nice! Followed all protocols!

Love the trees and bamboos. Love the nature and surroundings.

We just got back from 4 days at the Sandals Halcyon and since I rely heavily on reviews and read them all, I figured it’s only fair I leave one myself. We spent 4 days here for my birthday and overall our stay was pleasant but we have traveled to several countries and frequent all-inclusive properties, so compared to other experiences this would not be at the top and we would not visit again. The grounds are beautiful and beachfront is beautiful but a lot things were left to be desired. I read the negative reviews and since the positive ones outweighed them we opted to book here. I hate to say it but after our stay I can see why there are some negative reviews. The service was definitely lacking. Several times we were told things would be brought to our room and never arrived - multiple occasions. Although you see a lot of staff at all times, when giving food service after you’ve received your drinks and food they didn’t really come back to check on if you needed anything or another drink. At the pool there was no one walking around taking drink orders. We also were not told upon booking our room that it didn’t include room service. We’ve never experienced this at an all inclusive and after checking our booking several times I’ve still yet to see anywhere that notated it was excluded with our room type we booked. Not thrilled about that because there are limited options food and when you can get it. Not really any place to grab snacks or food at your leisure.

First time at Sandals. This location halcyon in Saint Lucia was a disappointment. For the price you pay you get a sub par 3 star resort, passed off as a 5 star. Theres a decrepanancy on the pictures and actual appearance. Although the staff was helpful, we think Sandals needs to upgrade and renovate the entire property.

Beautiful, well kept property. Everything you would need on a vacation is here. Definitely recommend.

Overall my stay was okay, it’s wasn’t mind blowing

This resort should not be rated 5-stars. I booked this resort through Expedia and their customer service was terrible because of that. We missed our initial flight because we had the wrong COVID-19 test conducted; the country requires a PCR test, not an antigen test. This information was not provided to us by this "5-star" resort. When we missed our flight, we tried to connect with Expedia to update our check in time and they bounced us to the resort. When I called the resort, they told us that they had no control over any of reservations booked through Expedia. We were simply trying to update our check-in date and time, without asking for refund or date changes. Through a four-hour continuous hassle on the phone bouncing between Expedia and Sandals, we finally managed to update our check in time. When we arrived, the shuttle brought us to the resort very fast. Check in was quick and easy, but the room that they so-called "swim up suite" were not really swim up suites. They were just rooms by the pool area. That was our first major disappointment. Finally bullet points: - Hurrican hit (not mentioned in visitor travel advisory) and we starved for a couple of hours. - No new towels the three days including the day of hurricane. - Told us the wrong departure time for our shuttle to leave. - No information on COVID testing on site. - Poor communication. - Damp rooms. - Dirty bathtub. - Mediocre food. - Poor Wi-Fi (must pay for better Wi-Fi). - Incompetent staff.
