Nice hotel which is quiet just outside of the center of Sanur. Nice swimming pool but could do with a view more options to get needed shade if the sun is at its peak. The rooms are getting a bit dated but are cleaned properly on a daily basis. Great assortment in breakfast buffet and diners at pool restaurant are nice.

The staff were very friendly, and the lobby was nice. We had several dining options within the hotel, and the food was decent. We enjoyed the pool area; however, this is not a pool catered for young kids. We had an amazing massage at the spa. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.

We had 21 family members stay at the hotel, and they had rooms by the poolside. Our room was upstairs, so we asked for a complimentary room upgrade so we could all be in the same area of the hotel. The staff laughed and said no, which was quite disappointing. We stayed at the hotel for 11 days, we had two rooms, which were interconnected; upgrading them would have cost us AUD$116.00 per night. We weren't even offered an upgrade at a cheaper rate. Our rooms smelt mouldy; we couldn't open the window because it was broken, and the toilet stunk. The bathroom was dirty, and the water pressure was poor. The bar fridge was old and a little dirty.
