Uno degli aspetti che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la gentilezza del personale, sempre sorridente e disponibile. La colazione a buffet era davvero eccellente: c’era una grandissima scelta tra dolce e salato e tutto era molto buono. Un gesto che ci ha colpito particolarmente è stato quando, avendo un tour guidato molto presto la mattina, ci hanno permesso di fare colazione prima dell’orario previsto. Davvero un’attenzione al cliente che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Apprezzata anche la posizione, si può raggiungere a piedi il porto di Sanur.

The breakfast every morning was bountiful with lots of choices. The caramel coffee was fantastic and so are the bakery.

We wish we would have gotten a bigger room on higher floor instead of 2nd floor.
