easy to deal with the staff at check in/out

The room looked like it needed a little cleaning. The blinds wouldn’t shut fully and they looked like they needed to be replaced and were pretty dirty.

Close to meeting I had for work.

The front desk clerk couldn't be bothered to check me in because he was too concerned with something else going on in the hotel. Kept walking away to look at camera. The shudders in the room were broken so we had to put something on top of them to keep them closed. Not something you want on the ground floor with work crews coming and going.
