Nothing couldn't check in. Internet was down. Had to get another room at different hotel. And still got charged for this hotel.

Being charged for a room i didn't stay in because your internet was DOWN! I asked to settle up in the morning said no.

Continental breakfast was terrible.

Was disappointed the pictures on website shows a hot chafing dish leading you to believe there’s a hot breakfast. Not true. There was cold egg wraps to microwave, you could make waffles and other cold items. We picked this place and some other guest also cause we thought we were getting some hot food. I think if you’re saying you are serving breakfast it should say hot or continental. I could have stayed down the street cheaper and had the same food. Also the fridge didn’t work at all so we couldn’t keep anything we had cold. And the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall. I usually don’t say anything but I was disappointed. I stayed at multiple places during my vacation and didn’t encounter this. Told The person working and all they said was okay. She was nice just don’t think she understood what we were saying to her.

I reserved a king size bedroom with a garden tub shown in Days Inn website (also shown in the website a pool and a hot tub). When I arrived I asked was the pool and hot tub operational? The staff member said, "No, it's under renovation". I asked to see the king size room to make sure it at least had the garden tub. After being shown the room, there was No Garden tub only a regular shower. I asked to cancel my reservation. Employee said she would. Days Inn continued to charge my credit card on file. Dispute ongoing to try to recover the charge to my credit card while I Never Stayed in the room.

Didn't like the fact they charged my credit card when I canceled my reservation in person. No rooms available that were shown on website as reserved. There is No indoor pool or hot tub available. ( supposed under renovation).
