Location

The faucet on the sink was falling off, beds were very lumpy, pool and hot tub closed and had been for a while, the waffle maker was messed up leaving the waffle doughy water leak in the hallway from the ceiling and my granddaughter slipped in the water, debris/trash all over the common areas and parking lot, none of the staff were in uniform. Horrible experience coming from someone who managed hotels for 20 years as a GM.

The price and location

The pool was closed and that was one of the reasons for booking. Didn't bring a hair dryer and the one in the room didn't work.
