I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Express in West Monroe. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet — exactly what you hope for after a long day of travel. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thank-you to KC May, who was incredibly kind and welcoming at check-in. Her friendly attitude set the tone for a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

KC May was super gracious greeting us when we arrived and again when we left, such a great first and last impression! The hotel was in a perfect location, the experience was great overall, and we’d definitely stay again.

"Nice Clean and Convenient Hotel."

We experienced a very nice check in with Mr Terrin at the check in counter. He was very nice, helpful, and very polite. Free breakfast and coffee was very good. The lady that was in charge of keeping the food stocked and food area clean did a great job also.

Parking dpots were a little tight.. But we made it work.

Great place to stop going cross country. Candice checked us in with a smile and kind words and Xavier checked us out with a smile and kind words. The bed was comfy!
