Great newer style HIE. Rooms were clean. Candice at the front desk was extra welcoming. She helped point me out to the local FedEx center and made some great local food recommendations.

"Holiday Inn Express West Monroe LA"

Location was okay although I didn't like the interstate traffic noise when I was trying to sleep, probably wouldn't bother the average guest but I am a super light sleeper! Candy tried to help me and swap my room but the hotel was sold out and she had no rooms on back end of hotel left. She was really helpful and did truly try to accommodate me! KUDOS to her and the other staff they are so nice all of them. Ill be staying there again in January, I am using the hotel when I go to the area now on

We will definitely be staying here again. Everyone was so nice. Ms. Susan, KC and Ms. Amy did such a great job. They were super busy, I believe there was some kind of team in town and all 3 did there job with a smile on their face.
