"Great staff"

I came in town for work and as usual, I was greeted with a smile. Ms. Kc on my way in and Mr. Xavier on my way out. I've always had a positive stay. Its been over a year since I've been here but everything in the hotel is brand new. They've done a really good job renovating this place.

I had the best experience at this Holiday Inn Express. I was out of town on Thanksgiving and this team of ladies made me feel right at home. Mrs. Kc May and Mrs. Susan cracked me up. Just the kind of boost my spirit needed. Ms. Susan made sure my room had extra of what I asked for. Thank you ladies for making my holiday away from home a happy one!

Whene we arrived everything was clean and were greeted by Ms KC May. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was a blip with my reservation and she corrected it with no problem. The rooms were clean and well stocked. Will definitely stay again! Thank you Ms KC May.
