The view is the best part about the location. Just that.

The pool water and the sea water make a competition which one is colder. Ice cold. Impossible to bath. All the drinks are really bad quality even if you pay because not all of them (mojito for instance) are included. Just for you to understand: pina colada or virgin colada are made with pineapple juice and a disgustingly sweet fake coconut HEAVY SYRUP that they call it coconut milk. Not milky at all and if you add any type of sugar/syrup in a box pineapple juice, you cannot drink it🤷🏻‍♀️. “Kids club” they show zillion of activities that should be going on there, most of them in times the kids club is closed, as they are open for 1:30h in the morning and 1:30 hour in the afternoon. The food on the buffet, it’s made with a selection of not good quality ingredients, especially the meat can taste sometimes bad and it seems a big variety but they do most of the salads out of the same ingredients. So it’s all basically the same if you don’t like something in it. 7 days was way to much to be there if you want to relax in an all inclusive option.

Superior room was nice with lovely balcony view. Hotel was very clean.

Navigating around the hotel was very difficult with a baby in a pram. Lifts were limited, busy, cramped and smelly. Staff were not at all helpful. No help for us with two large cases, a young baby and bags. Rude staff in restaurant. Extremely slow bar service, not good for all inclusive.

What a fantastic well run clean hotel, with a lovely location set in a beautiful cove. It has a brilliant atmosphere with all the staff always wanting to help with smiling faces, the rooms are spacious offering fantastic sea or pool views. The shops and restaurants with the frantic noise is only a 5 minute taxi ride away if you like that! This hotel offers Value for money and caters for all food variety and plenty of it! I will definitely be returning to this hotel next year 100%

El buffet y las actuaciones, además de la localizacion orivilegiada

El ruido constante de un aire acondicionado en mi cuarto, toda la noche sin parar de manera sistemática.

A variedade da comida excelente muitas opções tanto no café da manhã no almoço e no jantar a equipe de animação fazem o melhor pra alegrar o dia com as atividades cama confortável Wi-Fi super high speed varanda ótima com vista pro mar tudo liberado alguns drinks são a parte mas não a necessidade de comprar a parte pq tem muitas opções pode beber o dia inteiro água refrigerante suco drinks cerveja frozen etc

O ar condicionado do meu quarto não funcionou nenhum dia e o calor estava bastante 35 graus, a jacuzzi a água e fria então só fica vazia não entendi uma jacuzzi com água fria não faz sentido.
