Occidental Cala Viñas

It was an amazing experience and we had lots of fun together. Staff was so kind and warm towards us , food and everything was wonderful , we’re looking forward to come back soon

Definitivamente a melhor parte foi o staff. Funcionários muito gentis e animados. As atrações (show de mágica, contorcionismo, entretenimento etc) também eram bem interessantes. Local familiar, com atividades para as crianças. Muito boa a área infantil (piscina e parquinho).

O quarto (1106) tinha cheiro muito forte de mofo. Uma das portas do banheiro estava quebrada (achei perigoso porque era de vidro). Não havia sabonete dentre as amenidades e sempre poucas toalhas. O cesto de lixo era minúsculo e para um local que recebe muitas crianças e bebês isso faz muita diferença, afinal, não cabia nenhuma fralda dentro dele. Quase todo o lixo do banheiro ficava para fora do cesto o tempo todo. O frigobar é somente para enfeite; não gela absolutamente nada. Mesma temperatura do quarto. A maioria das cadeirinhas infantis de alimentação que usamos estavam quebradas (sem uma parte do cinto). Na academia, havia máquinas/equipamentos quebrados (além de não abrir no horário mencionado em alguns dias). Não oferece nenhum tipo de serviço de cadeira/guarda-sol aos hóspedes para a praia privativa; somente mediante pagamento de €22.50 ( o que é bem caro para o local).

We liked the hotel im general. Clean and nice rooms. Nice infrastracture, great food, good to visit with kids, "We happy" animation group did the great job during daily and nightly activities. But I still have a few concerns. Lack of communication between restaurant and the reception. In the middle of the stay we ordered champagne in restaurant and we paid right after, we had check-out during the night, and reception wanted to charge us again 45euro for the thing that we already paid for. Fortunately we found a paymant confirmation, cuz they didnt want to let us go without paying again. It was additional stress during middle night check-out. Additional during check-in we got the introduction from reception about hotel, restaurant, bar and opening hours, person from reception told us during that inteoducton that every All inclusive guest can order 1 free Mohito per day. I asked about it in the bar and they told me that there is no such a thing at all... Last thing, during last night someone probably got wrong information that the room is already empty. Some one entered the room around 10-11pm without knocking and started moving things around without care that they are still (almost naked btw) guest inside.

Lovely relaxing stay. Stayed here 6 nights. Food was lovely, staff were lovely beds were comfy. Can’t fault it at all. Very happy with our experience.

Wonderful place! There is a very pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere here, which makes it easy to relax right away. The entertainment team deserves a huge shout-out – they kept the entire hotel entertained with their amazing energy and made sure no one was ever bored. Highly recommended!
